Story
This is Max! Max is a hyper, protective, and happy young dog. While around our small children, he is very excited, yet gentle. Max is a sweetie who does need a ton of fun, love, and room to roam. Max enjoys digging holes, playing fetch, and being social. When left alone in the house, Max has chewed a couple toys in the past, but has calmed down. With young children, it has become difficult to tend to Max’s need for attention. Max does not usually bark, unless he sees activity near his area (bird, squirrel, etc). Adopt this lovable boy!

Story
Meet Cubby – Your Adventure Buddy and Best Friend! Breed: Husky Mix | Age: 2.5 years | Weight: 50 lbs Cubby is a stunning Husky mix with soulful eyes and a heart of gold. After being rescued from an overcrowded backyard situation, this sweet boy has blossomed in foster care and is now ready to find his forever family.   Cubby has discovered the joys of life—walks, playtime, snuggles, and, most of all, people! He’s affectionate, smart, and always seems to be trying to understand everything around him with those expressive eyes. He’s especially great with children and loves being part of a family.   An energetic and athletic pup, Cubby thrives on adventure. He loves long walks, hiking, backpacking, playing fetch, running beside a bike, and splashing in the water. If you lead an active lifestyle, Cubby might just be your perfect match. And when the day is done? He’s happy to chill on his dog bed, content just being near his people.   Cubby currently lives with two other dogs and absolutely loves playing with them. He would thrive in a home with a fenced yard and another dog buddy—or as your one-and-only if he gets plenty of exercise and enrichment.   Cubby is not just a dog—he’s a loyal companion, hiking partner, and forever friend who will bring joy, laughter, and love to your life. All he needs is a family who will give him the active, loving home he deserves.    Fostered in Tennessee   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMarch 7, 2026, 12:24 pm

Story
URGENT FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED BY JUNE 18   Little Bit is in a 'little bit' of trouble right now and her life itself and where she will live is hanging in the balance.  Her Mom is in the hospital fighting for her life and it doesn't look like she will win.  If she does come out of the hospital she will be permanently disabled and unable to care for even herself, and certainly cannot care for her pretty girl, Little Bit.  Critter Cavalry has been told that by June 19th Little Bit much leave the home where she stays alone and find a place to live or she will absolutely be euthanized.  The family is serious and this is not a bluff.   We need a miracle of a foster home or a forever home or even funds to help in boarding her.  This girl is very adoptable and compatible with a multitude of families or single people.  She is a 50-lb, 3 yr old, mixed-breed that appears to be a mix of Husky/German Shepherd.   She has been spayed, and her vetting updated, microchipped and very healthy.  She is a beautiful spirit inside and out.  We cannot tell you how brokenhearted Little Bit's story has made us. She is on a very short tightrope of time to find a place to go while her devoted mom seems to be slipping away from this earthly life.  Not one ounce of dominance or aggression has ever been shown by her to a human or a dog.  She has never lived with cats or children, but we can only assume that older children will be just fine if they are calm and respectful ....not a loud and rowdy home environment since hers has always been peaceful.  This is an URGENT rehoming request that Critter Cavalry Rescue is helping bring to great attention. All we need is a foster family to step forward while CCR finds a loving forever home. This girl is highly desirable as a family companion or a single person's best friend in life.  She doesn't understand what has happened in her life.  She is lonely and confused staying in the house alone.  We know that there is someone special out there who will step up to help!!!  Please don't hesitate if you feel a whisper in your ear to respond. Time is running out.  Someone out there might be her answer to our prayer to save her.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or email ccrtennessee@gmail.com   Leave a text or a voice message and do email as well.       PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJune 15, 2026, 11:37 am

Story
Introducing Thanos,Although he`s a big dude (almost 70lbs!) he`s nothing but a big baby. He can get spooked with loud noises and will try and climb into your skin to self-sooth. He enjoys playing with squeaky toys and rubbing his side/ butt against your legs for more scratches. He enjoys going outside for walks, and does very well on leash! He enjoys his treats soft and his dry food with wet. He responds well to his name, knows sit, and enjoys being with people above all else!Thanos is looking for a home without livestock (Specifically chickens). He hasn`t previously lived with cats, so he`d either need someone dedicated to proper introductions or no kitties! As for children, due to the nervousness around loud/ fast movements, he`s looking for a home with children over the age of 5yrs old!Interested in meeting Thanos? Swing on down with the whole family to meet him!

Story
🐾 Meet Presley! 🐾 Hi, my name is Presley, and I’m looking for my forever family! I was surrendered through no fault of my own, but I’m making the best of it and settling beautifully into foster care. I’m a 5-year-old Boxer/Husky mix with the perfect balance of adventure buddy and couch potato. I absolutely love going for walks, exploring the outdoors, and tagging along on new adventures. When it’s time to relax, you’ll find me stretched out on the couch enjoying a good nap. My foster family says I’m doing amazing! I’m house-trained, settle into the home easily, and have great manners. When my foster parents are away at work, I don’t destroy a thing and patiently wait for them to come home. I’m great with kids and get along well with other dogs. Cats are currently unknown. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who enjoys both outdoor adventures and cozy nights at home, I might just be your perfect match. I can’t wait to find the family I’ve been dreaming of! ❤️ Presley
