Story
Hi there! My name is Ginger.I’m a beautiful Husky looking for a family who understands my breed and everything that makes us special. I love being around people and enjoy their company, but I prefer to be the only dog in the home — I like having all the attention to myself! I don’t mind spending time outside, and I’d happily stay out to enjoy the fresh air if you let me. I’m loyal, loving, and ready to find a forever family who will appreciate my Husky spirit and give me the care and companionship I deserve.

Story
Martin is a Husky/Malamute mix who came to us when his previous owner was no longer able to care for him. But don’t let that story fool you—this giant, sweet boy is absolutely full of love and is ready to soak up all the attention he can get!Like many dogs of his breed mix, Martin is quite the talker, but it’s all part of his charming “wolfy” personality. Underneath that big voice is an even bigger baby who just wants affection, companionship, and a family to call his own.If you’re looking for a loyal, expressive, and loving companion, Martin might be the perfect fit.

Story
Meet Agnes. We rescued her from underneath a boardwalk on 11/30. We have done everything to find her owners, but unfortunately no one has come forward. She is the sweetest girl and will steal your heart, as she did mine. She loves her humans, although appears to be more nervous around men. She is house broken, crate trained, gets along well with other dogs, and does well with cats (of course curious of them like any puppy would be). She is overall pretty chill but will have the puppy zoomies here and there. She is the perfect dog. She is estimated to be about 10 months old. A husky mix of some sort. She had an exam at the vet and was deemed very healthy, however she will need her vaccinations and to be spayed. I am willing to pay for her spay to ensure she goes to the right home. Required: Fenced in yard! She is adventurous and curious, and an escape artist. She would also be a great apartment dog as well!

Story
Avy is a sweet loving girl who just needs the right guidance to really flourish. She loves car rides and walks but does need some more training on commands. She is very eager to learn new things and very food motivated. She is 6 years old and full of typical husky energy. She would be best as a only pet due to some dominance issues around food and other dogs. She loves other dogs its just when it comes to food she has issues with other dogs with. She is okay with cats but is more of nuisance of wanting to play with them, she's never been around a kitten so unsure of how she would react. She loves to snuggle and get belly rubs and she really is a sweet dog who loves everyone she just needs someone to match her energy :)

Story
Meet Craig, the bi-eyed heartthrob of FDHS and he's definitely radiating main character energy.Craig came in as a stray and was never reclaimed, which blows our minds because this guy is suuuch a gem! He is an absolute hunk with a gorgeous coat, a perfect trot, and has a way of getting everyone to stop and stare. Our staff says he literally floats on leash. He is so well mannered you barely even notice he's there until he turns around and tries to jump up for a hug (and maybe a quick kiss or two!).It's pretty evident that Craig used to be someone's house dog. His coat looks professionally groomed and his manners are top tier. He has been nothing but sweet and easy for our staff to handle. And when he isn't showing off his Good Boy skills, you can hear him down the hallway serving full Husky drama king vibes with his silly serenades. If you couldn't tell, we are just a little obsessed with him. Craig has the looks, the charm, and the personality. He is truly the full package and then some. If you are ready to adopt a total icon, Craig is here waiting for you!

Story
** BONDED WITH RICHIE**Charlie is a beautiful senior Husky with a spunky personality and a special connection with her best friend Richie. This bonded pair is looking for a forever home where they can stay together, sharing their golden years side by side.Charlie is a little sassy and playful, and she loves to romp around in the snow before curling up inside for a cozy cuddle with Richie. One of her cutest quirks is that she almost always carries around her "baby," a well-loved stuffed toy that she adores and loves to snuggle with. She can be a bit of a picky eater and sometimes needs a little encouragement at mealtime, but has been doing a lot better with a steady diet. Because of their age, Charlie and Richie would do best in a calm and relaxed environment. They are in great shape despite being elderly dogs and have shown no signs of having any health issues. Just a few creaky joints and some powdered sugar muzzles, there's truly a special magic to these senior dogs. If you have room in your home and heart for two pup who are full of love and personality, Charlie and Richie would be the perfect pair to share your days with.**Spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on vaccines & monthly prevention. Weighs about 45 lbs**
