Story
Meet Prince - he is new to the shelter so we are just learning about him, but what we do know for sure is that he is smart and beautiful! - Around 10 months old. - Currently 56 lbs. - Adoption fee: $225.00 This dog is currently housed at our shelter. If you are interested, please come in at your earliest availability during our open hours, no appointment necessary. We do same-day adoptions, do not hold dogs, and work on a first-come, first-served basis as long as it is an excellent fit for both parties. If you have questions or want to possibly schedule an appointment on one of our closed days, you may email dogs@adoptapetfenton.com. Dog adoption fees include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine (if age-appropriate), distemper/parvo combination vaccine, leptospirosis vaccine (if age-appropriate), bordetella vaccine, deworming, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm preventative, flea preventative, a dental cleaning (if necessary), and a microchip. Future vaccines, tests, and treatments will be the responsibility of the adopter.

Story
Meet Cookie- this adorable 8-week-old Pomsky (Pomeranian/Husky mix) is on the hunt for a forever family! With those fluffy good looks, bright puppy eyes, and a personality that is equal parts playful and sweet, this little one is ready to fill a home with love, laughter, and plenty of puppy kisses. Whether it's exploring the backyard, learning new things, playing with toys, or curling up for a nap after a busy day, this pup is ready to be your sidekick through it all. This baby is still learning all about the world and would love a family committed to helping them grow into the amazing dog they're meant to be. In return, you'll get a loyal companion, endless entertainment, and a lifetime of unconditional love. ❤️ Could this fluffy little dream be the missing piece of your family? Apply today and give this sweet puppy the forever home they deserve! We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email ccrcdogs@ccrcdogs.com with specific questions, but please complete the online application, which can be found at www.ccrcdogs.com, to secure your position in line for one of our dogs. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC has a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, and we have trainers who will offer free phone/email support. June 13, 2026, 6:57 am
