Story
We rescued him from being dropped at the pound. We tried to keep him but we dont have the time a husky needs and he keeps getting out of the fence. For his safety we must find him a more suitable home with someone who has time and attention for him. He recently went out of date on his shots but was up to date and on heartworm meds. He is such a loving and wonderful dog and will make someone an amazing pet.

He needs a home with an experienced dog owner who can take him on car rides, walks and lots of playing catch (he loves to fetch)! He's an amazing dog and is looking forward to a new family to love. ##654099##

Story
Rowdy is one of the fastest dogs at the rescue and when he hears you talking to him, he jumps up and down like he's on a pogo stick - he's a dog with a great personality that is super smart and needed some guidance in learning how to be his best self. So, in August 2020, he went to school and graduated! Rowdy has graduated from basic obedience training school and learned how to sit and stay in place, how to walk on a leash, and to focus his energy. He is loveable, energetic, and funny and is very food motivated, so further training in his forever home would work well. With proper introduction, he gets along well with other dogs. Good with Dogs: Selective Good with Cats: Not tested but probably not as Siberians are notorious for their high prey drive and typically kill cats, rabbits, birds, chickens, squirrels, opossums, etc. Good with Children: Only older children, Rowdy can be a little .. ahem... "rowdy"  House Trained: Yes Crate Trained: Yes Rides Well in Car: Yes Leash Trained: Yes Basic Obedience: YES! Graduated from Basic Obedience training. ##654125##
