Togo is in no pain and his condition will not affect his quality of life. He is the happiest and sweetest boy, he likes to talk back like huskies do, he enjoys playing with his foster siblings and LOVES being outside. Togo does great in his crate during the day too! Togo needs someone who is loving, patient, and will be understanding of his condition. He’s a cuddler and enjoys snuggling up with you at the end of the day for some kisses.
