Me and my fiance wanted to adopt an adult dog to "save" them from the pound. But it hasn't been working out they're extremely high energy but so insanely loving. We just don't have the time or space to take care of him no matter how hard we have tried. He's a great companion and I want to just give him the space and people he truly needs. He is potty trained but still has a tendency to poop or pee on the floor every once in a while due to excitement or being left inside too long.

PARADISE Paradise has the eyes of a Caribbean Sea, ice blue, absolutely heavenly, calming and mesmerizing. This young man is approximately two to three years of age, 49 pounds and was abandoned at the shelter. He is a gentle love bug, who knows how to sit, takes treats like a gentleman and gets a long with his shelter friends to include digs and cats!! He has a beautiful short coat of white and cream, is a mix of all sorts that a DNA kit could reveal the exciting news. Paradise walks well on a leash and is timid around loud truck noises. He would love a family where he could roam in a fenced yard, go for walks, sit on the porch with you and then lay by his new family in the evening as you watch tv. Paradise will be neutered during his stay at the shelter and would be a wonderful addition to your family!!

Mishka Mishka is an adorable fluffy little Russian bear just like the meaning of her name. She is a beautiful princess with a magnificent coat! She is a colorful lady with a cream colored face and a black stripe right down the middle. Mishka has a long black coat with sparkles of cream in her undercoat. She has the best tail of any dog!! It is like a giant feather duster and she wags it back and forth with a full smile. Her tail is so beautiful you just want to watch it sway as this sweet girl dances down the street. Mishka is a husky mix and is between four and five years of age. She is heart-worm positive but is being treated!! She is a strong positive lady and will defeat this medical issue!! Thankfully the Campbell County Animal Shelter is monitoring her health and giving her everything she needs to recover. Mishka loves everyone and is such a happy lady with excellent manners. She is seeking a family that will keep her fabulous mink coat well manicured, take her for a walk and give her lots of treats!!

Hi there! I'm Ziggy, a one-year-old Siberian Husky with a striking black and white coat. Weighing in at 45 pounds, I'm the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. I'm neutered, fully vaccinated and heartworm negative. I'm proud to say I'm housetrained with no accidents, crate-trained (I sleep in my crate and stay there when my foster family leaves the house), and leash-trained (I walk nicely without pulling). I get along great with other dogs—I live with them and even attend doggy daycare five times a week! While I haven't been tested with children but I’m so friendly, I’ll probably be just fine. I do have a keen interest in chasing outdoor cats, so a cat-free home might be best. Now, let's talk about my personality. I'm hyper-intelligent, intuitive, affectionate, playful, mischievous, snuggly, and silly. My leash manners are top-notch, and I'm an angel inside the house—no chewing or accidents here! However, I do have a bit of an adventurous streak. I'm an escape artist, but don't worry, my escape attempts have decreased significantly since I was neutered and started daycare. I just love to run and explore—it's in my blood! I'm looking for a forever home with someone who understands my need for exercise and adventure. If you're a distance runner, hiker, or mountain biker, or if you have a large property where I can roam, we might be a perfect match. Once I've had my fill of adventure, I'll happily curl up on the sofa next to you for hours. I'm currently being fostered in Memphis, TN, but I can be transported to other states (please note, there is a transport fee). If you're interested in adopting me, please complete an adoption application. I can't wait to meet my new family!
