Story
Athena is a gorgeous Siberian Husky. Her coat is sable and medium and she has a party eye (one eye is blue and one is half blue and half brown). She weighs around 54lbs and is 4 years old. Athena is up to date on vaccines, spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative and on heartworm prevention. Athena is a beautiful, emotional soul. This girl is good with people of all ages and other dogs, and needs to have a friendly dog pal in her new home, but no cats please. Her personality is one that is eager to please and she will snuggle up at night and loves her people She is house trained and she walks great on a leash and will try to chase butterflies or small critters if encountered so no off leash. We're working with her and her counter surfing, but she may just be benefiting from another counter surfer in her foster home. So far she's not much of a talker. She's got husky energy but she's got a calm side as well and is not the dog to leave out unattended alone in the backyard, even with a fence. Her adoption fee is $165. If you think Athena might b a great fit for your lifestyle, please submit your application. Applications are found by copying this link into your browser: https://form.jotform.com/201527297286058

Story
I rescued Rudy and have been caring for him. He had been out of a home for quite a while when I found him. Because he was a stray (and now a teen *husky*) training will still be needed.  We have been working on some of the basics like potty-training, kennel training, commands, and overall manners. I am now moving and unable to give him the dedicated time he really needs. Rudy is 2 yrs old, balls intact. He's very much a momma's boy and aims to please. He shares a home with me and two cats.  Ideally, I’d love to place him with an experienced husky owner or active person/family who can dedicate enough time and energy to care for him.

Story
Mila is very sweet tempered. She is crate trained and house trained. She is kind to strangers. She loves to lay her head in your lap. She will do anything for a treat and doesn’t mind being on a leash. She is pretty quiet. She will sit by the door to be let in, but should have a fenced in yard that is maintained because she will be able to get through small spaces and get out.
