Story
Chapo is a beautiful loving dog who is excellent with kids and other dogs. He has a good amount of energy and loves to go on walks, play outside, and cuddle on the couch. He is extremely quiet, as I've only heard him bark a few times in the last two years. Has never bitten or acted violent with any other dog. He is house trained and trained to do some tricks such as sit and laydown which is fairly difficult for a husky. I am currently Active Duty Army and took Chapo from one of my Soldiers in May of 2022 and has been amazing ever since. I and being transferred to Europe and will no longer be able to take care of him unfortunately. As much as I would like to keep him the nature of the position would not allow me to take pets.

Story
My mom’s dog, Koda has had to be with our family for a bit due to her landlord’s decision to no longer allow the dog at her home. He’s 4. Lovely! Sweet, smart and silly. If you know the breed, they “talk” A LOT! This is apparently the reason he was no longer welcome in my mom’s rental (she lives in a 55+ community) and he can be loud when he’s playing. He loves to cuddle, play fetch and he dances!!! He’s great in the car and loves the water. He does pretty well on a leash, although he can pull a bit when he gets excited. He does have a sensitive tummy so food should be high protein and easy to digest. He's been doing well on "PurinaOne True Instinct" for quite some time and his favorite is the Salmon & Beef. My family already has 3 large older dogs and our HOA won’t allow the 4th. We really need to find him a wonderful, loving new home! Happy to answer any questions we can talk about him all day!! Please help us find him the perfect place to call home!
