Lani is a beautiful 10-month-old puppy who weighed 35 pounds as of February 22, 2026. She has grown up here at the rescue after coming to Tracy’s Paws from the border of Mexico, where someone handed her to me along with her sibling from a junkyard. She was so tiny then that she could literally sit in the palm of my hand. She is heart worm and chagas negative Lani has a heart of gold and simply wants to be close to people. She is incredibly affectionate and would do well in just about any family setting....with children, other dogs, or anyone looking for a loyal companion. She truly loves people and thrives on being near her person. We don’t expect her to get much bigger than she is now. She is also very smart. A trainer who worked with her said Lanny picked up commands like sit and other basic skills very quickly and would be a star pupil in any training class. Lanny is crate-trained, gets along well with other dogs, and is ready for a home of her own outside of the rescue where she can finally have her very own person. One of her cutest quirks is that she absolutely loves water—she’ll happily splash and play right in her water bowl. Ruby is a stunning Husky mix with a gentle soul and wonderful manners. This beautiful girl has the softest, sweetest presence and is an absolute joy to be around. She listens well, knows commands, and truly wants to please her people. Ruby has already shown what an amazing dog she is by raising four puppies and doing a phenomenal job. She was a devoted, loving mom and has transitioned seamlessly into being a calm, affectionate companion. She loves people, does well with other dogs, and is a dream indoors. Ruby is fully house-trained, crate-trained (though she doesn’t need one), and has excellent house manners, no chewing or destructive behaviors. Outside, her playful Husky side shines. She loves to run, play, and show off her zoomies. Like most Huskies, Ruby thrives with regular exercise and mental stimulation. Haku means "pure" in Japanese! I was named for my pure, passionate and overwhelming love for everyone around me! I came to the rescue when my dad was stationed in Japan and heartbroken that he couldn't take me with him. I've missed him so much ever since! Everyday I do the things I did with him with other dogs so I can try and remember what it felt like to be with him! But it's just not the same. So, I'm hoping a new family can come scoop me up and show me what it feels like to be a part of a home and family again! I am good with other dogs, I love playing chase with them or tugging on chew toys. I'll need a happy and active home so that my life will be full of love and fun! I am a bit anxious and nervous around new people, and people in general! Slow introductions, a safe space I can retreat to like a crate and not forcing me into spaces with tons of people will help me be myself all the time! Haku can only be adopted in the local or TX area. Local adoption only, in San Antonio or TX area, $200.

My name is Rooooben (aka Ruben)! I'm a happy and howly Husky mix looking for a home for my golden years. I am an older boy but I still have a ton of life and LOVE in me. I am great with people of all ages and dogs of all sizes. I enjoy walks, romps around the yard and tug/fetch with my humans. I don't last long, due to my age, but that just means we can follow it up with snuggles! Snuggles, pets, and scratches are my favorite. I will give low awoooo's to tell you I'm ready to shower you with love (and LOTS of hair). While Huskies can be a challenging breed, I'm far past the puppy phase and am very well trained. I walk well on a leash, ride well in the car, and never go potty in the house. Unlike most Huskies, my crate is my happy place. Yep, I'm crate trained too!
