Presenting our “H” litter of three, Hudson, Holden, and their sister, Harmony.  A mix of Husky and Lab, these siblings weigh about 25 pounds and will mature to between 60 and 70 pounds.  Their coats are short and shiny black and white, or, as in Harmony’s case, black, and they are so sweet looking! But that’s not all these babies have going for them.  They get along well with other dogs, kids, and the foster’s cat!  Each “H” baby is truly a delight!  (posted 1/23/24, TN)  **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $395 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed  $160   We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip .  Meet Jonesy, a 3 month old Husky and Shepherd mix! He wears a medium length black and white coat. Jonesy now weighs 19 pounds but is expected to mature to 50 pounds. He is very sweet and playful, and is very friendly with other dogs. He's more than just a rescue pet, he's a friend waiting to share countless memories! Amadeus: The Latin word for love.  That's this boy.  All love.  He's an older fella and a true gentleman.  Amadeus is well behaved and gets along with other dogs. At this time, we are not sure if he considers felines his friends.  More to come on that topic.  He has a quiet disposition but will occasionally open up and bark a couple times.  He needs to be neutered but is up to date on vaccinations.  Amadeus is being treated for heartworm which is covered by SSR. His TX foster is giving him the spa treatment right now for a skin condition (possibly a yeast infection). This is Smokey he is a Siberian Husky. He is an absolutely sweet boy but was kept as an outdoor dog before I adopted him and has a lot of socialization problems. He is dog selective. He would need to meet your dog before adopting. Absolutely no cats. He has a high prey drive. He would do best in a home with no small children, older kids are fine he just doesn’t like to be sat or stepped on. He was not house broken when we got him but we have been working with him and he is just about there. I need to find him a new home because my 3 year old daughter stresses him out and he doesn’t get along with my male dog anymore.

The vet believes that Chance is between 18mo - 2yrs old and weighs 59lbs. • He is heart worm negative and neutered. •He is super sweet and gentle - wants to cuddle and be near his person. •He is dog-friendly (the foster doesn’t have cats, so we are not certain if he’s cat-friendly) •He is people-friendly to everyone he has met. Foster does not have small children, but he has been fine around children on walks. Due to his size and youth, he might knock down small children, but he is not aggressive. •He is house broken. Even in the rain and snow he has let us know he needs to go out. •He is a little timid to new people at first, but warms up quickly. •He very rarely barks. •He has learned to sit, walk on a leash, and “wait” for his food bowl to be put down. •He is very food motivated, so can be easily trained with treat rewards. He is not reactive when eating. •He can be possessive over certain toys with a low, warning growl if another dog tries to take it from him. •He is not interested in fetching a ball, but loves chew toys and antlers. • He can be very active, but is also happy cuddled up with his person. •He would do great in a house with another dog, but would be fine as an only dog also.
