Once they pass the 3month mark, the demand drops sharply, and the profit margin disappears for breeders. When you schedule an appointment, that visit will serve as both your meet-and-greet and your adoption day. If you decide not to adopt after meeting the puppy, your deposit will be refunded. Adoption Requirements: A fencedin backyard suitable for a small dog (no invisible fences). If your condo or HOA does not allow fencing, we may consider your application on a casebycase basis. An adult who is home during the day and able to provide the time, supervision, and companionship a puppy needs.” No crating for puppies.
