Story
Rocky is 9 months old and weighs about 20 pounds, with a little extra “chunky monkey” charm. He’s very sweet, quiet, and naturally submissive. He is incredibly loving and peopleoriented. He enjoys being held; he may be shy at first, but he warms up quickly. We are working on housetraining; he loves going outside and exploring the yard. Rocky is a Shortie Jack Russell with an easy, adaptable temperament. He can run and play if you want activity, or he can relax and be a couchpotato if the day is quiet. He adjusts to the pace of the home and is not a highenergy terrier. Rocky currently uses a pet door in his foster home for potty breaks, which has helped him understand that potty happens outdoors. Even without a pet door, this foundation makes his transition easier, but he will still need patience, supervision, and continued training as he learns your home and routine. WHAT HE COMES WITH:• Vetchecked• Ageappropriate vaccinations• Dewormed• Heartworm & flea preventatives• Neutered• Microchipped Through our rescue’s partnership with MetLife, adopters receive a specialrate pet insurance quote during the Petstablished adoption process ADOPTION FEE & DEPOSIT:A $50 refundable deposit is required to place a temporary hold until your adoption appointment. If you meet Rocky and decide not to adopt, your deposit is fully refunded.  ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:• A fully fencedin backyard suitable for a small/medium dog• An adult home during the day with time for a young puppy• No crating — adopters must use an approved puppy playpen• Children age 7+ (younger considered casebycase)• Homes with no dogs or up to one small/medium dog  ##2681152##

Story
Pauley weighs about 16 pounds, and he is 8 months old. He has a very sociable, friendly personality.  He is a merle boy with soft, bluish eyes. Pip and Pauley are littermates, but they do not need to be adopted together. These puppies came from a breeder/hoarding situation with far too many dogs to receive proper care. Despite that start, they are incredibly sweet, peopleoriented, and already soaking up affection and routine in their foster homes. Pauley is a calm, lowenergy Shortie Jack. He is easy to manage and does well with a simple, quiet routine. He is not a highdrive terrier.  They currently use a pet door in their foster home for potty breaks, which has helped them understand that potty happens outdoors. Even without a pet door, this foundation makes their transition easier, but they will still need patience, supervision, and continued training as they learn your home and routine. Pip is 8 months old and weighs about 14 pounds. He’s a very sweet, submissive, and naturally shy little guy with a quiet temperament and a gentle way about him. Despite that start, they are incredibly sweet, peopleoriented, and already soaking up affection and routine in their foster homes. Pip is a small, lowenergy Shortie Jack with a soft, steady temperament. He adjusts well to calm homes and predictable routines. He is not a highenergy terrier and does not require lots of activity.  They currently use a pet door in their foster home for potty breaks, which has helped them understand that potty happens outdoors. Story
I adopted him two months ago… I was told he was a stray dog.. he does have food aggression. I’m rehoming him because I do not have the time and honestly the patients to deal with getting him acclimated to being a home dog instead of a stray.
