Meet Roscoe! Hey, y'all, my name is Roscoe! They say I'm a senior, but I still have plenty of spunk and playful antics left in me. Mix that with my cuddly self, and it makes for a perfect combination of adventure pup and homebody! Since I'm just 15 pounds, it's easy for me to cuddle up next to you or even on your lap for some tv time. I'm a well-mannered boy, always asking for permission to get on the couch, and getting along with all the dogs I've met, cats, and all sizes of humans! I wear belly bands in the house so I don't make any messes, but my foster mom says that's an easy accommodation to make for me since I'm such a perfect boy in every other way! My enthusiasm for car rides is like none other. Feeling the wind in my hair is the highlight of my life. Well, I mean, other than being around my humans, of course. Unfortunately, I've done my fair share of moving around in my life, so I'm just hoping to finally gain some stability with humans that love me so I can be a loyal companion to them. I'm just looking for someone to show me I'm worthy of love! Are you ready to add the most well-rounded pup to your life? *Roscoe is being fostered in Rhinelander. Albert's Dog Lounge is a specialty rescue focusing primarily on senior and special needs dogs. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and then a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $300, ($550 for a pair). Sushi is being fostered in CT. Sushi loves to cuddle and would love to have her own person and family; however she would do best as an only dog so she can get all the love to herself. She travels great in the car and will either sit on your lap for a short trip or in the backseat with a doggy car seat. She is housetrained and will go to the door to let you know she has to go potty. She eats like a champ and takes her insulin well. She also does great at the vet and loves her vet clinic friends. She sleeps through the night and is very easy going. Sushi is not interested in toys but loves to chew on vet approved bones. She loves to sleep on the couch with a comfy blanket, and she uses dog steps to get on. She can safely jump down as long as the floor is not slippery. I have a dog stroller for Sushi and she happily will sit in it and go for a ride or sleep in it when I am sitting at the computer. She enjoys going for short walks and gets excited when you put her leash on! She also does a very funny trot out in the backyard. BDRA has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately.

Callie is a beautiful brown and white female with a great size of just seventeen pounds, making her the perfect lap dog size. While Callie can be nervous around new faces and situations, she has a heart of gold and is always eager to make new friends. She just needs a little time to warm up and feel comfortable in her surroundings. With patience and understanding, she will come out of her shell and show her true personality. If you are looking for a loyal and loving companion who will always be by your side, Callie is the dog for you. While in a foster home, and with the proper slow introductions, Callie did well with young children and other dogs! She is waiting to meet her new family, and we know that whoever adopts her will be very lucky indeed! Callie is the current Underdog, sponsored by Brilliance Subaru!
