Meet Lucy, 1 year old as of this Feb, mix breed- we know Jack Russel Terrier but unsure of what else! We took her in 6 months ago and she’s looking for her forever home. We have her house trained, kennel trained, leash trained and semi off leash trained (she will get excited if there’s a lot around her) but can be off the leash and stay by your side without a lot of commotion around. Knows commands sit, drop, come. Is whistled trained to come on command. Loves fetch and is very treat motivated. All of her training was done over the course of the last 6 months, she’s a very smart girl, and learns quickly. No rehoming fee is necessary, we just want to find her a great home. She needs to run so a fenced in yard or a farm would be ideal. She does know how to use a doggy door as well.

We acquired Miss Sallie Sue age 10 years from the Boone Humane Society along our Toy Fox Terrier who is 8 to 10 months old , we only wanted one dog and that was little Miss Bitshy but we felt sorry that the two had bonded the shelter said and that we could not have one without the other well they are not bonded the fact is the older is mean and bullies the little one around. When the little one isn't around she is as loving as can be but daughter has a dog also and Miss Salli snaps and tries to ite her also. She likes being the lone dog. She likes to loved and cuddled and to sleep at the foot of your bed in her bed on the floor. She's 1 1/2 of benefiful dogfood a day and she likes treats. She's just so spoiled old dog. We haven't had her very long but we had to make a choice and we really only afford one dog with vet prices and everything that comes with a puppy. Please give Miss Sali Sue a good home she deserves it. Thank you
