Story
Ringo was transferred to our shelter from the Creston Animal Shelter. Volunteers at Creston said this about him: Ringo is about 10 months old and is Rat Terrier mix. He is super friendly and playful. He weighs about 20 pounds. He does good with other dogs, is a `gentle` player and likes to play in the pool with another dog at the shelter. He`s so fun! He`s still learning not to jump up but is treat motivated. He`s pretty clean in his kennel.

Story
Football is a loving 2 yr old terrier! He is smart, sweet and very compassionate to his humans. He is very easy to train and knows how to sit, shake and speak. If you say “ I love you” he will talk back to you. We are very sad we need to find him a new home, as he is such a good dog. He is used to a doggy door and will need some encouragement on house training. But over all is house trained. My mom got sick and couldn't care for him anymore. I am about to have a baby and cant handle having more than one dog. He gets along great with our 90 lb dog. He loves to play and is very gentle. My 4 year old and 17 yr old loves him. He has never snapped at them or bit. He was a stray before we had him, and you can tell he is so grateful for the right home.

Story
Don’t let his “responsible adult” status fool you 😌 Watson is past his teenage years and has matured into a well-mannered gentleman… with a soft spot for the simple things in life. He can be a little nervous meeting new people, but give him a minute and you’ll see what he really wants—your lap. Calm, sweet, and low-key affectionate, he’s currently seeking a long-term friendship—preferably one with patience, kindness, and a reserved seat right next to you. 🐾 Interested in adopting? Please review all adoption requirements listed on our "Adopt" page, including requirements regarding spay/neuter of current pets, regular veterinary care, and home/landlord checks.

I'm Whimzee, a spirited 4-year-old Pointer mix with a white and black coat and a heart full of adventure! 🐕 I'm crate trained and love the company of other dogs, making me a great fit for active households. I thrive on movement and outdoor fun — I need a family ready to keep up with my energy and give me plenty of exercise. I do best with older children who can match my playful, affectionate nature.
