Meet BabyFemale CoJack (Corgi/Jack Russell Terrier Mix)DOB: 03/22/23Adoption Fee: $350.00Adoptable NOWKojak Litter Pup!Mama Jack was found as a stray and given to a neighbor because her small dog needed a playmate, of course the neighbor said she would get her spayed, and ended up with 6 pups. The neighbor became ill and gave the Mama Jack and her pups back to her finder. We know Mama is a JRT mix and Daddy appears to be a Corgi/Lab mix. There are pictures of both Mom & Dad. Their foster said the have an amazing temperament and are very playful! They love to be loved and are waiting to love you!Because this breed mix are known as CoJacks and came in on a Thursday we decided a Thursday Throwback to the 1970's TV series Kojak was perfect. The 4 male pups are named for the 4 officers that appeared in all the episodes of Kojak. The 2 female pups are named for what Kojak was best known for Lollipops and his saying ""Who Loves Ya Baby"" which were both appeared/said in every episode. This line is spoken by Theo Kojak, played by Telly Savalas, in the TV show Kojak (1973-1978). It seems like cops and cop shows were a dime a dozen in the 1970s. Kojak set itself apart with its main character's fondness for Tootsie Roll pops—he was trying to quit smoking—and his catchphrase, ""Who loves ya, baby?""All our adoptable animals are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, dewormed, UTD on age appropriate Vaccines & started on Flea Preventatives. Felines are also FIV/FELK tested. All Canines are started on Heartworm Preventatives and if 6 months or older they are tested for Heartworm Disease.Reminder: We do not DNA test our animals since it is costly and takes several weeks. Breeds are determined by what their owner tells us, physical characteristics, traits and app scans. Nor will we ever say an animal is a purebred even if we suspect or told by the owner. Choosing an animal to adopt should be based on interacting with the animal and not by breed standards. The only definite way to determine any breed is by doing a DNA test.WE ARE OPEN for visitors from 12PM - 4PM Tuesday -Friday and 12PM-3PM on Saturdays or by APPOINTMENT at other times. Story
Norbit is 2 years old (7/27/20) and we believe his breed is Jack Russell Terrier mix. We adopted him. about 3 months ago. We have 4 kids and my husband accepted a role that requires more travel and unfortunately it has become overwhelming. He is a very happy and gentle soul. He is house trained and does not use the bathroom in the home. He does get over excited in some situations, like new people visiting the home and going to a new park. He is okay when walking and excitedly explores. We have had zero issues with Norbit and our children and he is not a biter /nibbler. He Plays well with other dogs.

Story
Lucy is 2 years old (4/11/21) and is a black mouth cur mix. She has some obedience training and can do basic commands. Lucy is a very aware and intelligent dog. She has had much exposure to dog parks and plays well with other dogs regardless of their size. She adjusts her play strength when playing with smaller breeds. I am unsure how she would react to cats, as we have not experienced that interaction. She is good with children and loves playing fetch. She is house trained and has not had any accidents with in our home and is also puppy pad trained if necessary. She enjoys watching people and dogs walk by through windows. Unfortunately, with my husband traveling now for work and 4 kids, we are trying to find her a wonderful forever home.
