Millie is such a cutie and does so great with humans-she will literally leap in to your arms! She does however have a great dislike of other canines and will vocalize her displeasure and can get snippy with other dogs and so must not be in a home with another dog around. People are great! She does love to go in the car and her fosters take her along everywhere which is awesome! Millie does have a rather significant collapse in her airway system so cannot ever be put under anesthesia so will need to remain intact. She also cannot wear a collar but is kept in a harness instead.
