Cat and dog tested and did great. He loves everyone. Despite the fact that his owner was very mean to him and physically even beat him and thankfully he was confiscated.We hope they are prosecuting! Many dogs are impossible to say the breeds but it is anyone's guess. As we know, mutts statistically speaking will live longer and have less vet bills!. All of our Lufkin Kurth Texas dogs were hand selected and are literally their favorites. Everyone who has adopted adores their dogs. He will totally win you over. , Please do apply!!! All our dogs are spay/neutered, current on DHPP and rabies shots, microchipped, tested hw negative, so all of that is done. Story
Turtle was a lost dog who found me at work. He stayed with us for a few weeks before he went back to his previous home, and then showed up back at our door a few days later and they said we should keep him. We were not necessarily prepared for a dog to join our family but we have been doing our best. However, we are realizing he needs more attention and consistency than we can give. Turtle is a Jindo breed dog. He is a young adult, our guess is 3 or 4 years old. He loves to sniff and explore trails and natural areas, but is NOT trained to be an off-leash dog. As a dog who has spent time on the street, he can be anxious. He does not like to walk on busy streets and is frightened by fireworks etc but does okay with music instruments at our house. He is very gentle in almost every situation, but there have been several times he has been stepped on while sleeping and has lashed out and nipped people. We have a kid, so because of this we need to find a new, peaceful home for him.

Bender is such a sweet goofball of a pup. He has a lot of energy and he loves his people.We think people weren`t so nice to Bender in his past. He becomes very submissive at times. He loves to stop and snuggle on his walks. Bender is very protective of his space at the shelter and that can make people think that he is a tough guy when he is really a softie! Bender would benefit from some training. He is very eager to learn!

Angelo is a big guy with a big heart. He is a crazy mix of shepherd, husky and jindo. He is absolutely gorgeous. Angelo loves to get out for nice long walks. The rain doesn`t bother him at all. He would love to be your new hiking companion and then curl up on the couch with you. If you have squirrels or crows in your yard, Angelo is your guy. He will scare them all away. He loves to chase smaller animals. Angelo would need a structured meet and greet with a new dog. He has been a little hesitant meeting new dogs.
