Story
Leo is a 5-year-old Labradoodle who’s been part of our family since he was 8 weeks old. He’s social, affectionate, and playful — a sweet, active dog who loves being around people and other dogs. He’s lived with children and does well in a family setting. Leo is house-trained, vaccinated, and in good health overall, though he has a sensitive stomach. He gets excited on walks and can pull on leash at times, but he’s a quick learner and will benefit from consistent training and structure. As our family has grown and health needs have changed, we’re no longer able to give Leo the time and attention he deserves. This decision comes from love and a desire to find a home where he can thrive. Leo would do best with someone who can provide regular activity, training, and lots of love. 🐾 Adoption fee is negotiable for the right home — the priority is finding the best fit for Leo.

Layla’s mom, Alexa, passed away a couple of months ago. Alexa was mom to both Pluto and Layla. She loved them very much, took them on hikes often, and snuggled with them every night. We don’t know much about Pluto and Layla, unfortunately, but we know they deserve a better life than we are able to provide for them.

Story
This pup's adoption fee has been partially sponsored by All Aboard or an All Aboard partner! The new adoption fee is reflected on the profile. Waldo is a special boy who needs a home with a fenced in yard (no apartments). Waldo has officially finished his 21 day board and train and is so excited to show off his new tricks to potential adopters. He is a high energy guy who would love a job to keep his brain busy :) He is a great dog! Introducing Waldo, the spirited lab seeking a special someone! Rescued many days ago, Waldo's journey includes overcoming some challenges, including leash reactivity and few quirks that he needs worked with. Rescued and fostered with boundless love, Waldo's journey has seen him getting into a few sticky situations, which only highlight his need for guidance and understanding. However, with the right patient and dedicated owner willing to invest in his training and socialization, Waldo promises to be a loyal companion. His goofy charm, intelligence, and love for people make him a loving companion for the right person. Are you ready to give Waldo the understanding and commitment he deserves? Waldo is a goofy lab mix! He is an amazing learner, but get overstimulated when other dogs are around. He can be a bit hyper but wears down with fetch. He has honestly been doing do great in foster care! However he is very used to a routine and would benefit from more socialization. He has wonderful potential and we believe will be the perfect fit for someone who can recognize his puppy nature and help him work through it. He gets along well with dogs, but seems to mimic their behavior. He does do good with dogs, and I think he would benefit from having a dog friend to play with. Just with the right introduction, he also needs more socialization to be the best boy he can be! Past shelter staff notes: This boy is so sweet! He is very gentle, and was so great at making the other dogs feel comfortable! He loves to get pets, and does really well on leash! He's SO sweet and silly and is an all around happy boy! His silly facial expressions when he plays are sure to win you over! He is a very loyal, adventurous, and smart boy. Treats and toys are the way to his heart, he will do anything for a cookie or stuffed toy. He is very good with routine, and likes to know what is happening next. He really is just a giant puppy that needs to be given a chance! He is house and kennel trained. He knows sit, shake and lay down! ADOPTION FEE: $75 We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Not all dogs attend every adoption event. Interested in this pup? The first step is to complete our online application by clicking the "Apply for Adoption" button. Please note that we are only able to finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better as it takes time to review and approve applications. We host adoption events almost every Saturday from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Petco in Fort Collins (2211 S College Ave. STE 200, Fort Collins, CO 80525)! Check our Instagram and/or Facebook page for info on where we will be hosting adoptions this weekend! All Aboard Animal Rescue saves dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters in other states. Story
*We will not be hosting an adoption event on December 6th. Instead, we will offer private appointments to approved applicants December 1-7.* Meet Wednesday! This gentle and affectionate girl has a heart full of love to give. She’s easy to live with, has moderate energy levels, and loves nothing more than being close to her people. A few of Wednesday’s highlights:
 • Sweet, gentle, and people-oriented. She thrives on connection.
 • Dog-tolerant. She coexists well with respectful dogs but isn’t interested in being a playmate. She does best with slow, polite introductions, and has consistently had positive interactions when introductions are structured.
 • She is currently fostered with a 1.5-year-old and handles it appropriately. However, she removes herself when she needs space and would likely do best with older, predictable children.
 • Loves leisurely walks, a good bone, and settling in for cuddles. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal friend who brings warmth to your life, Wednesday is your perfect match. Wednesday is a 3-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $250 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and spay. Wednesday is also tested with other dogs, children, and potty and kennel trained. She will do best in a home without cats. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772, or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned. Thank you for choosing adoption! If you would like more information on our organization please visit our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org.
