Rio came to us from a hoarding case in Oklahoma and he is under socialized, but very sweet and eager to make friends with people once he feels he can trust them! His GORGEOUS brindle coat shines in the sun and can't truly be captured in pictures. He likes other dogs and a good doggie playmate and has no issues with cats or chickens, so he will be a great companion once he’s fit in and trusting the whole family! He will be an amazing dog to watch open up, all of his siblings have come to Colorado and been adopted and all of them have families that love them very much! Could you be Rios forever family?

Abe (aka Luca) traveled all the way to Colorado from Arkansas to find his forever family. He knows they are here because they’re gonna love to do all the things that he loves to do, including taking walks or hikes, playing fetch, playing in water and cuddling about a nice warm couch. Abe is house trained (even comes to tell you if he has to go out), generally good with most dogs, and ignored cats during his cat test. He absolutely loves people of all shapes and sizes, including kids. He does have a tendency to jump up when excited so we suggest older kids. He does not like to share food or treats with other dogs, so we do recommend him being an only dog or a house that will continue to work on training (he’s very responsive to redirection). He’s about 60 lbs and just over 4yrs old. He is too special to wait much longer. Are you his special person?? Please apply to meet him today.
