Hi, I’m Romeo! I'm a 1-year-old Labradoodle and I weigh 84 lbs. "Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo" you ask? Because I'm a lover boy who is very affectionate and just wants to play all day! Favorite Things: At first, Romeo can be quite cautious, but once he gets to know you , he is very loving and playful.  He willl happily wait by your side while watching tv, but he also can't wait for his walks. This goofy guy also loves toys: the more, the merrier! Training & Manners: A true gentleman, Romeo is housetrained if let out regularly. He walks very well on the leash and will go at your pace. He is a well-behaved passenger on car rides and sleeps in his dog bed at night. He could probably work on some other basic manners-- he is a big goofball who is not always aware of his size and strength/personal space-- but he is generally well-behaved.  Health & Care: Romeo is very allergic to chicken. As long as he stays away from poultry, though, he's a health boy.  He will just need wipes to keep his eyes clean plus the usual flea and heartworm preventatives. He is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. As a Doodle, his future owners will also need to factor in regular brushing plus professional grooming about every 6-8 weeks.  Other Animals: Romeo gets along with other dogs of all sizes (as long as they let him be the boss). He has been known to be a bit of a kibble bandit if other dogs don't eat all their food. He hasn't been observed around cats yet, but his foster isn't sure that it would be a good fit.  Children: This shy sweetheart would do best in a home with kind, understanding teens.  Ideal Home: A single-family home would be best for Romeo, since he can be very vocal to let you know when someone is at the door. Hi, I'm Piper! I'm a 4-year-old Labradoodle. I weigh in at 34 lbs at the moment, but I'm working on getting my weight up to a healthy 40 lbs. I'm a clever yet goofy, loving yet shy girl who is looking for a kind person with a heart full of love who can show her how wonderful a dog's life is supposed to be. Favorite Things: Piper is very playful! She loves toys: the more, the merrier. In fact, if she doesn't have a toy to play with, she will find Something Else to co-opt as a toy. She can be a bit shy at first and will grumble at strangers. Once settled though, she LOVES her people and adores being near them.  Training & Manners: Piper has the makings of a little lady! She is housetrained if let out frequently. She is still learning how to approach unfamiliar humans or dogs and how to walk on a leash, but she sleeps in a dog bed at night and does well in the car. Health & Care: Piper is a healthy girl! She is up-to-date on vaccines, spayed, and microchipped. As a doodle, she'll need regular brushing plus professional grooming every few weeks. Other Animals: This timid gal does well with dogs that are independent and or not super playful. She doesn't quite know how to interact with other dogs well yet, particularly if they try to play with her, but she's trying to learn. She hasn't been observed around cats yet,  Children: Piper needs a home with kind, understanding teens or adults only. Ideal Home: Piper does whine when left alone because she loves her people so much. Therefore, she'd probably do better in a house as opposed to an apartment or condo. Overall: Playful Piper is a special girl who just needs a wonderful, patient, special person to love her forever. Could that be you? We took Daisy home from the Osceola Shelter in January 2026. They said she was a 2 year old Black Lab Mix. She is 70 lbs. We have 2 other dogs in the house and she plays well with the male puppy (Boston Terrier) that is almost a year old but she does not get along well with the 4 year old female Pit Bull Mix. They are about the same size and they play rough. Sometimes they get along and even sleep together but when they play too rough, then one of them gets hurt. Daisy is very loveable. She wants all the attention and will let you hug her and hold her. She wants to be near a human all the time. We don't have any small children so I don't know how she is with them. I feel like she may knock over a little one but wouldn't hurt a child on purpose. She is house trained but she pulls when on a leash. She loves to play in the water basin we have out back, she is high energy and then passes out and sleeps. I wish she got along with the Pit.
