NALA - SPRING ADOPTION SPECIAL $50 Nala is a 4 year old 50# pound, spayed female, She is a Lab mix that was surrendered, because her family was moving and couldn’t take her with them. Nala originally came from a home with four other dogs. She lived with a male dog in the upstairs part of the home. When she was adopted, she had a fur sister & they had the run of the house. She is back with her wonderful foster who is working with her. She is doing very well. She is very friendly and playful when out of the kennel. FLORA - SPRING ADOPTION SPECIAL $50 Poor Flora was extremely stressed in the shelter. Flora is a 2 year old, 50 pound, female Lab mix that was brought in as a stray. She is a very friendly and playful girl. But, she has been hesitant toward certain new people. She enjoyed meeting shelter staff, is doing pretty good in her foster home. She has been wary of new people, at first. Flora does warm up pretty quick. She loves a variety of toys, especially balls and ropes. She loves to play fetch, and she can be a very playful girl if you engage with her. She can also be very cuddly and will come over for petting often. Flora would do much better in a home of her own. Especially not having to be kenneled as much. She is utd on all vetting, except spay. We are working on getting her an appt set up. Her adoption fee is $50. ROSE - SPRING ADOPTION SPECIAL $50 This is Rose. She was saved from an abuse case. She will need some time to adjust to being alive and happy. Rose is shy, but will lean in for pets ONCE she gets used to you. She is shy about taking treats. She is very sweet, but scared. Rose is 50#. Rose came to us with her brother Obie. She is 3 years old. UTD on all shots, fully vetted & chipped. On Preventives, Rose has been working on decompression, housetraining, socialization skills, along with muzzle training. Crate training will continue.
