Some dogs just have a way of making the world feel a little brighter, and Layla is absolutely one of them!
Layla is an adorable 6-month-old, 16-pound Doodle mix making her way to Maine all the way from Puerto Rico, and this precious little girl is ready to find the family she's been dreaming of! ❤️
With her beautiful fluffy coat, sweet personality, and happy-go-lucky attitude, Layla is the kind of puppy who can make you fall in love before you even realize what's happening.
Layla is friendly, affectionate, playful, and absolutely full of love! She's a happy little girl who seems to approach the world with endless curiosity and excitement. Whether she's making new friends, exploring her surroundings, playing with her favorite canine companions, or enjoying some attention from her humans, Layla is simply happy to be part of the fun!
And one of the things we love most about Layla? She absolutely ADORES other dogs! 🐶💕
Layla is a social butterfly who genuinely enjoys the company of her four-legged friends. She loves having someone to play with, run around with, and share all of life's little adventures.
We believe Layla would absolutely thrive in a home with another friendly, playful dog who could become her best friend. Having a canine companion would give her an opportunity to continue building her confidence, learning from another dog, and enjoying the companionship she loves so much.
Imagine two happy pups chasing each other around the backyard, sharing toys, exploring together, and eventually curling up for a nap after a busy day. That's exactly the kind of life we'd love to see for this sweet girl! 🥰
But Layla's wonderful personality doesn't stop with other dogs!
This little sweetheart has been great with everyone and everything she's encountered! She has a lovely, friendly temperament and an affectionate nature that makes her such a joy to be around.
She's the kind of puppy who wants to be included in whatever is happening. Whether you're spending a quiet afternoon at home, enjoying some time outside, or heading out for an adventure, Layla would love nothing more than to be right there with you.
At just six months old, Layla is still very much a puppy, which means she has plenty of growing, learning, and discovering ahead of her!
She's at such a wonderful age where the world is full of new experiences, and she'll need a family who is excited to help her navigate them. Continued training, socialization, patience, and consistency will all be important as she grows into the wonderful adult dog we know she has the potential to become.
And while her adorable Doodle appearance is certainly part of her charm, families should also understand that her beautiful coat will require regular brushing and professional grooming to keep her healthy, comfortable, and looking her best.
We would love to see Layla with a family who enjoys spending time with their dogs, understands the commitment of raising a puppy, and is ready to make her a true member of the family.
