Story
Echo is a special pup. She is a little over two years old, loving, independent and very food and toy driven. When Echo is comfortable with someone; she loves hugs, karaoke (she can sing and howl all day long), and long runs. I got Echo from a family member who needed a home for her asap due to being rejected by her parents; she came home with me at six weeks old. She is reactive and not well leash trained. She is house trained and obedience trained, responds to some hand signals and was trained mostly in German and English. Echo needs a consistent and patient household with someone experienced in reactivity that will love her in the long term and give her a strong forever home.

Meet Liberty, a 9-month-old pup who traveled from Puerto Rico to Massachusetts with hope in her heart and a need for a gentle, understanding home. She is still very shy when it comes to meeting new people, and the world can feel a bit overwhelming for her. Liberty will need a family who is willing to give her space, patience, and time to adjust without pressure. Liberty is always at ease and happiest when she is with other dogs. Canine companions help her feel secure, and she loves to run, play, and simply exist alongside them. Other dogs are where she feels most confident, and she often takes her cues from them as she navigates her environment. Liberty is still learning some of the basics of being a family dog, including walking on a leash, and will need a patient adopter who is willing to help her learn these new skills. Because of her sensitive nature, Liberty would do best in a quiet home without young children, where she won’t be overwhelmed by noise or too much activity. With patience, stability, and the comfort of another dog(s) by her side, Liberty has wonderful potential to continue growing into a more confident and secure companion. Meet Mancha, a 5 month old pup who traveled all the way from Puerto Rico with her four siblings in search of her forever home!Mancha is considered special needs due to an injury she experienced before coming to us that caused some degree of paralysis. Thankfully, this resilient little girl has made an amazing recovery and is now able to walk, run, play, and enjoy life just like any other puppy! She does still have a bit of a funny gait in her back legs, but her current condition is not painful and certainly doesn`t slow her down. Her bathroom habits are affected however, and while Mancha is able to hold her urine, she doesn`t always realize when she is going number 2. Becoming fully potty trained may be difficult and this is something her future family should be prepared to potentially manage long-term.But don`t tell Mancha she`s any different! She loves other dogs and has been fostered with canine friends who she loves running around and playing with. Her current foster even recently took her paddleboarding, and Mancha was happy to join in on the adventure!Mancha has also made some special friends around town! Her foster is friends with the Gloucester Fire Department, and after getting to know this sweet girl, some of the firefighters fell in love with her too. They generously donated $150 toward reducing Mancha`s adoption fee to help her find her forever family!Mancha`s special needs aren`t stopping her from living a happy, active puppy life.
