What a big cutie with a perfect sit! Rookie is estimated to be about 4 years old and weighs 75 pounds. Rookie sure is a handsome boy, with a goofy, confident, and intelligent personality. He is well-trained and already knows commands like "sit", "down," and even "paw." One of his favorite things is toys, which he will release with a firm "drop it", Rookie sure hopes you will want to play with him. What a snuggler too, he loves to lean into you for love and can’t wait to have a family to be close to. But Rookie can also have a more stubborn side to his personality, and he needs a strong leader who will set limits for him. Rookie will need a home where any children are at least 13 years old. If you're ready to welcome this sweet goofball into your life, please come and meet him, he can’t wait to find his forever home and be part of a loving family. If you are interested in Rookie and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch.
