Story
Bernie is a happy, goofy young pup who is just over 5 months old and already weighing in at 30 lbs, with plenty of growing left to do. He’s a high-energy, silly lab-mix type (we can’t say for sure, but his looks and personality sure suggest it!) who brings enthusiasm and smiles wherever he goes. This sweet boy loves food and bully sticks and is extremely treat-motivated, which makes training both fun and rewarding. Bernie would do well as an only dog, or in a home with a kind, well-mannered older dog who can help show him the ropes. He is currently working on potty training and learning how to crate train, so he’ll need a patient, consistent family ready to continue his puppy education. We are unsure how Bernie would do with cats, but at his young age, he is typically very trainable with proper introductions and guidance. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate pup with lots of potential and a classic goofy lab-mix vibe, Bernie may be the perfect addition to your family

Story
Denver is a very sweet, affectionate boy who shows his love in the most endearing way—lots and lots of kisses. If you’re a fan of doggy licks, Denver is absolutely your guy. Licking is his love language, and he’s always eager to share affection with his people. Denver is extremely food-motivated and very eager for treats. Because of this, we believe he may have experienced food insecurity earlier in life, which has made him especially focused on snacks and mealtimes. This also means he’s highly motivated for training, as food is a big reward for him. He would likely do best as an only dog, where he can feel secure and confident, or possibly with another very social, well-trained dog who respects boundaries. We are unsure how Denver would do with cats, but given his young, trainable age, he has great potential with proper introductions and guidance. Denver is a loving, eager-to-please pup who just wants consistency, reassurance, and plenty of positive reinforcement. With the right home, he’ll repay you with loyalty, devotion, and endless kisses
