Story
Truthfully, with how much my husband and I both work, I just feel Harry isn't getting the best life he deserves. Initially I had a way more flexible job and he actually came into work with me but then my employment changed and now he is home alone all day. He's a bit sheltered now and we've noticed increased reactivity since being home so much, he's just not sure what to do when he see's another dog and is little standoffish with kids as we don't have kids ourselves. He plays hard and sleeps harder. Such a snuggle bug, often times sprawled out belly up. We love our Harry boy!

Story
Poppy is a sweet and gentle girl who is slowly learning to trust again. She had a rough start in life and will require a home that understands that and is willing to take it slow. Poppy is slowly coming out of her shell and showing us more of her sweet personality at the shelter. She is a very submissive girl and has done well with every dog we have introduced her to. She loves being around other dogs and would thrive in a home with another furry companion to show her the ropes! If you think Poppy could be the girl for you, stop by or fill out an application to meet this sweet girl! The adoption fee is $350 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter.  We're open from 12-4 PM every day EXCEPT Wednesday!Did you know you don't need to have an appointment to visit our available cats and dogs***?Simply drop by and if you find a potential new furry friend, you can fill out an application on the day you visit. Go to townandcountryanimalrescue.org to fill out our digital application. Applications are typically processed in 3-5 business days. Once you're approved, you can return on the date and time set up by your adoption counselor, with your family and pets for a meet and greet. If it goes well, you can take your new best friend home on the meet and greet day! ##2411606##
