Sanji started out a little unsure of us—he wasn’t quite convinced we were the good guys—but every day he’s learning that people mean belly rubs, treats, and friendship. Sanji is the kind of dog who just needs a little extra time to trust. But once he knows you’re safe, he’ll reward you with happy smiles, tail wags, and plenty of kisses. Underneath his cautious exterior is a sweet pup who just wants a person to call his own. It’s obvious this boy has loved someone before… and been loved right back. He didn’t just wake up this sweet—this is the kind of dog who has spent years being somebody’s shadow, their couch buddy, their “follow you from room to room” ride-or-die. Sit down for two seconds? Boom—Lobo is right there, laying at your feet like it’s his full-time job. He already knows how to sit and shake (a polite gentleman, obviously), and while he does get a little enthusiastic on leash, that’s just him saying, “I would like to go EVERYWHERE with you immediately.” A little leash work and he’ll be golden. Lobo isn’t looking for chaos—he’s looking for his person again. Someone to hang out with, lean on, and quietly adore.
