Story
Astro, 3 yo, first came to us through Rover about a year and a half ago. I cared for him and his brother several times while his owners went on vacation. After his owners separated and each took one of their pets, I had the opportunity to care for Astro again several times this past 6 months. When his owner dropped him off most recently, she had to leave TX b/c of a family emergency. Sadly, her family member has since passed away, and due to her circumstances, she let me know she won’t be able to return to Tx anytime soon. Knowing that I wasn’t in a position to keep him permanently, she asked if I would help find him the loving forever home he deserves. The past several weeks, Astro has become part of our family. He’s been an amazing dog: gentle, loving, and wonderful w/kids. My kids have completely fallen in love w/him, and saying goodbye won’t be easy. As much as we’d love to keep him, being a single mom means I have to be realistic about what I can financially provide.

Roscoe has been a great companion for my son, especially loving playing in water. Always sticks by his side. My son started a construction job and is gone 12 hrs daily, and has wisely decided he wants a better life for Roscoe. He originally paid $300 for him, but just wants him to go to a good home. Roscoe has often been at my house, where he has been around other dogs and young kids. He has done great, just can't add another to our house!

I’m looking to find my dog a loving, forever home where he’ll get the time, attention, and care he truly deserves. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but I want what’s best for him. He is a sweet, loving, and playful dog who enjoys being around people and loves attention. He would do best with someone who has the time to play with him, give him plenty of exercise, and make him part of the family. He does have ongoing medical needs, as he is prone to skin and ear infections. Because of this, I’m looking for someone who is financially able and willing to keep up with his veterinary care, medications, and grooming so he can stay healthy and comfortable. My biggest priority is finding him a safe, stable, and loving home where he’ll be cherished for the rest of his life. If you think you’d be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.

Timber is in boarding and safe but needs her own home. She is bonded with Cowboy, a Cairn Terrier. They are very close, sweet natured, great with all people and kids. Timber's only flaw is she needs to be fed by herself as we believe she was starved before. She is a lovely dog and so very gentle.
