Stop scrolling for a second… because if soft, gentle souls wrapped in the cutest floppy ears are your thing, you’re about to fall head over heels for May Flowers. Watch her video and fall in love with this sweet girl: https://youtu.be/ER6MkkxgYgE?si=uwpzbnsi3Gi2lnbj May Flowers is believed to be a Lab/German Shepherd mix, approximately 6 months old, and currently weighs around 25 lbs. She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. What we can guarantee? This girl is pure sweetness. May is the kind of puppy who might be a little shy when you first meet her, quietly taking everything in with those soft, thoughtful eyes. But give her a little time, a little patience, and suddenly… you’ll see her bloom right in front of you. And when she does? She is playful, happy-go-lucky, snuggly, and full of that irresistible puppy charm. It’s the kind of transformation that makes your heart melt. In her foster home, May is living with two kids (ages 12 and 9), and she absolutely adores them. She especially loves playing with the 9-year-old and happily joins in on all the fun. She has such a gentle, kind nature about her, making her a wonderful companion for a family who understands her softer personality. She’s also doing beautifully with other animals. May lives with cats and does great with them, and she has two big dog foster sisters that she looks up to like they’re her built-in role models. Other dogs truly help her feel safe and confident, and once she opens up, her playful puppy side comes out in the best way. Because of this, she will need a home with another friendly dog to help her continue to grow and thrive. May has a lovely, balanced energy for a puppy. She enjoys playtime, especially with her doggy friends, but she also has that calm, snuggly side that makes her such an easy companion. She’s the kind of girl who will happily curl up next to you after a little fun, soaking up love like she’s been yours forever. She’s currently working on crate training and potty training, and she’s already showing how smart and eager she is to learn. She takes treats gently (a total sweetheart), already knows how to sit, and is always happy to accept a yummy snack or a chewy bone. May’s most special quality is her gentle, tender personality. She’s not the bold, in-your-face type of puppy… she’s the quiet heart-stealer. The one who builds a deep, meaningful bond. The one who feels like your dog in the most special way. And those floppy ears? Just the cherry on top of an already perfect package. Because of her sensitive nature, May will need a home that understands she may need time to decompress and adjust to new environments and people. A calm, patient home with a backyard (no busy city life for this girl) will help her feel safe and secure. With the right environment and a confident dog buddy by her side, she will absolutely blossom into the most loyal, loving companion. If you’re someone who believes the best things in life are worth a little patience… May might just be your girl. We are willing to test May Flowers with anything you need in order to ensure it's a perfect match. We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Story
Meet Shana Grace (Gracie)! Shana Grace is an absolute doll—she has the most beautiful black and brown brindle coat, the softest puppy-dog eyes, and the cutest floppy ears that bounce when she walks! At around 4 years old, she’s ready to bring calm, love, and snuggles into her forever home. Gracie is believed to be a Lab / Plott Hound mix—but since she’s a rescue, we can’t make any promises. What we can promise is that she’s 100% adorable and 110% lovebug. See her sweet smile in her video! https://youtu.be/dlxCw5G0JmQ?feature=shared Gracie is a total couch potato princess. Her perfect day is a slow stroll in the yard, a cozy nap in a sunny spot, and then curling up right beside you for cuddles. She’s house-trained, walks nicely on a leash, and enjoys peaceful car rides where she can watch the world go by. She’s affectionate without being demanding, and she will happily give kisses to her foster sister—or to anyone she trusts. Gracie is a gentle, calm soul. She can be a little shy when meeting new dogs, but once she feels comfortable, she’s happy to relax nearby or slowly join in play on her terms. She has been around children and teenagers, and with her mellow temperament, she would likely be amazing with kids. She’s patient, gentle, and sweet, making her a perfect companion for a family who wants a calm, loving pup by their side. When it comes to cats, Gracie’s cat test was a little inconclusive because she was distracted and curious about everything else going on in the room. She did not show any signs of aggression, but until we can do a more thorough test, we just don’t know for sure. If you think Gracie might be the one for your family, reach out to us, and we can explore her cat compatibility further—she may surprise you! Gracie isn’t much into toys yet, but she’s highly treat-motivated, which makes her a wonderful learner. She’s likely to pick up new tricks quickly, especially with a patient and loving family. With her calm, low-energy personality, she’d thrive in either an apartment or a home with a yard where she can sunbathe, relax, and enjoy life at her own pace. Shana Grace truly has an “old soul” charm—she’s sweet, gentle, and endlessly loving. If you’re looking for a loyal, calm, and affectionate companion who will shower you with love, quietly join you in every part of your day, and melt your heart with her floppy-eared sweetness, Gracie is your girl. She’s ready to find her forever home and be the loving best friend you’ve been waiting for. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Story
Meet Sweet Ponderosa (aka Pondsy)! If pure sunshine, a dash of goofiness, and a sprinkle of “goodest boy energy” had a puppy, it would be Pondsy. This handsome, almost-2-year-old Shepherd/Lab mix weighs around 60 pounds, and every single one of them is packed with love, wiggles, and joy. He’s got a soft, shiny black coat that glows in the sun and big warm brown eyes that could melt anyone on the spot. When he sees his people, get ready—his signature Pondsy Wiggle kicks in, his tail goes into overdrive, and he plops right over for belly rubs like it’s his job. Pondsy is the kind of dog who makes every day feel like an adventure. Whether he’s going on a hike, trotting beside you on a walk, or curling up in the car for a nap, he’s just happy to be included. He’s still a young pup at heart—curious, silly, and always ready for fun. He’d make an amazing hiking buddy, but he’s also a total snuggle bug who loves to chill once the adventures are over. Pretty please go watch his video here! He is seriously the kind of boy that you have to watch in action! It is impossible not to fall in love! https://youtu.be/zXPt4DbuUDs?si=NTBL7xzhBVa-t-_- This boy adores other dogs and lights up when he gets to play with them. He’d do amazing in a home with a friendly, medium-energy female dog who loves to romp and wrestle, but he’d also be perfectly happy soaking up all the attention as your one and only. Either way, you’ll never have a dull moment with this sweet, goofy boy around. Pondsy has been such a trooper—he had leg surgery and worked hard in physical therapy, and he’s come out the other side stronger and happier than ever! His back leg has a bit of character to it now (it adds to his charm, really), but it doesn’t slow him down one bit. He loves to run, play, and zoom just like any other dog. He’s best suited for a home without cats (they’re way too interesting for his liking!) and without small kids, since they can be a bit overwhelming for him. Teenagers (13+) and adults, though? He adores them—he’ll bond deeply and follow you around like your biggest fan. Pondsy could even do apartment life (first floor!) if he gets enough exercise and mental stimulation, but a yard to run and play in would make him extra happy. Pondsy is truly the whole package—sweet, silly, loyal, and full of love. He’s the kind of dog who will make you laugh every single day, who greets you like you hung the moon, and who will make you feel like the luckiest person alive. If you’re looking for a wiggly, snuggly, adventure-loving best friend with a heart of gold, Ponderosa is your guy! 💛 Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life?
