Story
Charlie needs to find a new home due to original owner passing away. Charlie is 2yr 10 month old. He currently lives with 2 Golden Retrievers and I would keep him but I just do not need a third dog. He plays and lives well with the 2 other dogs and absolutely loves to play fetch. He is good at dropping the ball in your lap if your "drop it" command is firm. He sleeps at night in his crate but would sleep in bed if allowed. If crate is open during the day, at times you can find him taking a nap in it. He does not like cats. He hasn't learned yet or had the opportunity to learn to play nice with a group of dogs. He can be aggressive with a group if toys are involved. But if trained properly, I feel certain this bad manner would go away. It should be noted that Charlie was listed a few weeks ago on this website and was adopted by a person in Seattle who lived in a pet friendly apartment. Charlie did not get along with several dogs in same small area.

Story
Sadie and her brother Liam are 2 bonded Doodles that are in need of a new loving home together. They are 4 years old and have never been separated. As far as we know, they are doodle and wirehaired pointer mixes. Although they are siblings, we've never had an issue with them not bonding with us.Sadie is the smaller of the two. She likes to lay on her back to get belly rubs. They would do best in a home with a fully secured and fenced yard, as they will run out an open gate. Their recall is not great. Like many doodle mixes, they also have a fairly high prey drive, so any homes with small animals or livestock should be handled with care/training.They are housebroken and have been kennel (see-thru, wire) trained as well . They are good outside dogs if that is more your style. They absolutely love their people and their toys. They can be rowdy when they first come in but are quickly happy to lounge on the floor with a toy while you watch TV. Also, they love ice! Ice=bacon!

Good with kids, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained,
Story
Mo is a double doodle who was purchased from a breeder in Moses Lake when he was 8 weeks old. He had his second birthday in September. Mo is very affectionate to family members he is familiar with. He is house trained and does well sleeping through the night. He enjoys sleeping with us on our bed and is very loving. He needs work on fear training. He barks at new people and dogs and seems aggressive when that happens. We have two young kids and at this point it’s difficult to give him what he needs to help him improve. He will at times jump on people. We want him to be in a forever home with someone who will recognize his needs and help him the best they can. He would do well with someone who enjoys being outdoors and active. We will truly miss him but feel it is necessary for our family to find an owner who will be dedicated to him. Thank you for considering Mo!

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🐾✨ Meet Bindi — 65 Pounds of Doodle Energy, Smarts, and Fabulous Hair ✨🐾 Female • 18 Months Old • 65 lbs • Doodle Extraordinaire If you’re familiar with doodles, you already know they come with a few standard features: ✔️ Big personality ✔️ Big heart ✔️ Big energy ✔️ And hair that occasionally requires its own maintenance schedule Bindi checks every one of those boxes — and then adds a little extra sparkle. At 18 months old and 65 pounds, Bindi is right in that fun young-adult stage where she’s learned the basics but still has plenty of playful, goofy doodle enthusiasm to keep life interesting. This girl absolutely loves her people. Like… really loves them. Think “personal fan club president” level devotion. She bonds closely with her humans and wants to be right there with you for all of life’s activities — whether that’s heading out for a walk, running errands, or supervising snack preparation in the kitchen. Because Bindi loves her humans so much, she’d do best as the one-and-only dog in the home, where she can soak up all the love and attention without having to share her VIP people. And speaking of activity… Bindi is not applying for the job of Professional Couch Potato. She’s looking for a young, active family that enjoys staying busy and getting out into the world. Her dream schedule might include: • Daily walks or jogs • Weekend adventures • Puzzle toys that make her think • Backyard zoomie sessions • Supervising family activities like a curly-haired life coach Bindi is crate trained, house trained, and already has some great basic obedience skills under her belt. She’s a smart girl who truly enjoys learning, and with continued structure and activity, she’ll absolutely thrive. She’s wonderful with people of all sizes — from small humans to tall ones — though she can be a little protective of her favorite humans because she takes her “family security supervisor” role seriously. And of course, as a doodle, Bindi will need regular grooming to keep those fabulous curls looking their best. Think of it less as maintenance and more as spa day for your dog. Freshly brushed doodles are basically walking teddy bears. Bindi is the kind of dog who will fill your home with energy, laughter, and endless loyalty. With the right active family, she’ll be an incredible companion who’s always ready for the next adventure — and always ready to remind you that life is better with a doodle by your side. 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and let Bindi bring the doodle energy, the curly cuddles, and the joyful chaos into your life. 🐶💛
