During that extensive time, not a single family reached out to hold his hand, and he was ultimately placed on the urgent euthanasia list. Unable to let this sweet, social boy be lost, Adogs stepped in to urgently rescue him just in time. 3️⃣ Basic Information * With People: Is a remarkably affectionate boy who genuinely adores human interaction. Quickly approaches even new acquaintances with a happily wagging tail and accepts physical touch very comfortably. When handled, if someone attempts to hug him or hold him by the neck area, he gracefully flops onto his back in a passive posture. Around familiar humans, he bounces with joy and deeply craves affection, far preferring human companionship over being left alone. * With Dogs: Generally coexists well with dog friends. While he may startle slightly if another dog approaches him too abruptly, he quickly joins in on the fun and loves playing with compatible peers. Prefers approaching dogs on his own terms. During initial meetings with unfamiliar dogs, he may exhibit boundary-setting barks or dominance behaviors, and he will growl defensively if the other dog responds with barking. * With Cats: Has not met a cat yet. * Separation Anxiety: Displays clear separation anxiety when humans leave his sight, exhibiting whining and howling behaviors. A structured training will be strictly required upon transitioning into a home. * Potty Training: Currently practices outdoor elimination at our center. A change in environment will require a patient re-establishment of house-training. * Hygiene: Handles brushing very patiently and beautifully. * Walks: Accepts his harness and leash smoothly without resistance. While he shows initial leash pulling at the start of a walk, he quickly settles down and frequently checks back at his handler while walking. * Car Sickness: Travels exceptionally well in vehicles without displaying any signs of motion sickness, even during long-distance trips lasting over 2 hours. * Has never shown aggression toward humans. However, during a tense initial interaction with another dog, he once attempted to nip at the other dog's hindquarters during a power struggle. May growl defensively in response if another dog barks at him. * Exhibits demand barking and vocalizations. Barks when humans pass by his kennel run to ask to be let out, whines to ask for attention, and howls when left completely alone. May also bark when overly excited. * Deeply loves human affection, mealtime, and treats. Also thoroughly enjoys playing with compatible, well-matched canine friends. * Feels overwhelmed by dogs that approach him with excessive intensity. Feels uncomfortable when physically lifted or held by the neck area, becomes frightened by sudden loud noises, and strongly dislikes being left alone. * Is an extraordinarily sweet, affectionate, and resilient boy who adapts quickly to new environments. Craves human warmth so deeply and wears his heart on his sleeve.

Kit is a 4yr old labradoodle. He is current on all shots, fixed, and had his yearly vet visit May 2026. Kit is a lover, he loves to be next to his person and loves to chase a laser pointer. He comes with his crate, leash, and dog dishes. He is crate trained and sleeps in there.

What you see is what you get here, and what you get is a gorgeous boy with the perfect side of goofy! His name is Jet Jethro, his friends call him Jetty, and he will pull you in with those soulful eyes, then immediately show you his goofy side and it is basically a 1-2 combo that never fails. Before you read too far, take a moment to watch Jet’s video and see his personality come through on screen, then come back to get to know him a bit more. 👉 https://youtu.be/Oh23nil74BQ Estimated to be around 2 years old and weighing about 65 pounds, Jet is a striking guy. We don’t have a clue what his breed is (or his birthday) given he is a rescue, but we’re putting our money on some kind of boutique doodle/ lab/ setter mix. You can decide for yourself. The fur, the strong face, the long lines, whatever he is, I am in love. The cherry on top is that very honest sparkle of joy you can see in his eyes the moment you meet him. Jet is affectionate to his core and absolutely people-oriented. He knows no strangers and treats every new human like a long-lost friend he is beyond thrilled to see. When meeting people, he leans in hard, hands out kisses freely, and will roll onto his back at the first sign of a belly rub possibility. The invitation to love stands with Jet. If there’s a room full of people, Jet will politely rotate through them all, making sure no one feels left out. He settles nicely indoors, but if there’s movement nearby, he’s up and ready to see if he can help or if by chance, affection is being handed out. On leash, Jet is still practicing containing all that joy. In other words, his leash skills are a work in progress. He’s happy and curious, and just gets mixed up in where he wants to be going, from lovingly by your side to leader of the adventure. He responds so well to guidance and he is a fast learner, but will need consistent practice and a dog-savvy person willing to help him keep his rhythm. Once that clicks, he is a dream adventure buddy. Dog-wise, Jet did wonderfully. He meets other dogs politely on leash and hasn’t shown any pulling or frustration. Once leashes are dropped, he roams calmly with the group, coexisting easily. He hasn’t shown us a particularly playful side yet, but we can see that changing once he settles into the rhythm and makes a connection with a playful friend. Jet would do well with a medium-energy dog companion who enjoys some movement and play but won’t overwhelm him in an attempt to get him to play. Jet is a no-cat guy. His interest when he met our house cat was a bit too strong, and given his size, if he were to chase a house cat, he would cause some chaos. Jet will do best with an active person or household that enjoys movement, visitors, and connection. A busy home with people coming and going would suit him beautifully. Apartment living could be a possibility for the right adopter committed to daily exercise, continued leash training, and mental enrichment. More than anything, Jet needs someone who understands young, goofy dogs and can help him learn all about the big-wide world. Ollie was bought from a breeder. Our children have moved out and he is active but we are working long days. He is very happy and loving. He is house trained - we have a dog door and he will take himself out. He loves kids and there are many that come and go. He does get excited when people come over and loves attention. He likes to swim, he is a good retriever, comes when you call his name. Ollie is a good communicator. He lets us know when he need water by going near the water and looking at us and then the water and again.His sister Bailey is a Golden doodle and we would love to keep these two together if possible but not necessary. Dogs come with crates and beds and balls.
