Nev has a simple recipe for a good day- a few toys to choose from, a walk around the neighborhood and a person willing to pet her for just a little longer. At 14 pounds, she’s small enough to curl up in your lap, but she brings the perfect amount of spunk to playtime. She can happily entertain herself with her toys, then come over and nudge your hand with her head when she’s ready for affection. Our on-site trainers are dedicated to each dog’s growth and we enjoy seeing their progress! We go above and beyond to ensure every animal receives exceptional care. After being abandoned following a family emergency, they arrived feeling shy and unsure. With love and patience in foster care, they are learning to trust again—and their lovely personalities are beginning to bloom! Maggie is the affection seeker of the duo. Her favorite hobbies include “helping” her foster mom knit from the comfort of her lap, watching TV, and snuggling beside her foster dad during morning coffee. Tulip is a little more reserved, taking her cues from Maggie and following her lead as she finds her confidence. She’ll appreciate a family who lets her build connections at her own pace. The girls are house trained, crate trained, and walk well on leash. They use a doggie door and enjoy sneaking their toys outside for a little playtime! Their recall is improving, but a securely fenced yard is required so they can safely explore and play. Both girls are spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and have had dental care.
