Story
Trooper is a big, sweet goofball who just wants a best friend of his own. He loves squeaky stuffed animals, treats, splashing in water in the summer, and a good cuddle. He's quiet in the car and a gentleman for the groomer, and if you ask him "where's your toy?" he'll go find one! He's a 7-year-old Lab/Shepherd mix, about 65 lbs, neutered, house-trained, and healthy his whole life.We tried to plan ahead for this once and rehomed him when my wife was pregnant, to a retiree who adored him. Her husband wasn't a dog person, so he came back to us, but she still vouches for him. Now my sister-in-law has moved in, and our small house doesn't have enough room or time for him, which isn't fair to Troop.He'd do best with kids 5 and up, as one of just a few dogs or your only one, and in a calm home where someone's around a lot. He's always lived with cats, and a fenced yard is strongly preferred. He'll need his shots updated and comes with his bed and a couple of days of food.

Meet Luna! She's a sweet 11-year-old cocker spaniel/lab mix looking for her next loving home. She's been part of our family for 8 years and adores people, especially kids. She's gentle and affectionate, and she's happiest close to her humans.Our schedules have changed, and Luna deserves someone who's home more than we can be now. She'd thrive as the only pet with someone retired or working from home. Regular walks help her settle and sleep through the night.Honest notes: Luna isn't good with other pets. She has accidents if she's left alone for more than a few hours. Like many seniors, she can get into things now and then.If you're looking for a loyal companion for quiet days and daily walks, Luna would be a wonderful fit. This is sad but I have a toddler and I’m about to give birth soon and I currently live in a apartment I don’t have the time to give her what she needs emotionally and physically I feel bad because she’s always in a small apartment if someone could adopt her that would be awesome she’s a loving dog she just needs someone to love and give her attention
