A committed home is required for her to make the trip, and we’re hopeful the right person is out there. Meet Mocha Mocha is an approximately 1-year-old Lab/Doodle mix who is ready for a fresh start. She and her siblings (Latte and Expresso also available) were found as an abandoned litter and brought to a kill shelter in Arkansas when they were young pups. After being moved around multiple times, they are now at a smaller local shelter and being fostered on someone’s property, though they do not live inside the home. Mocha has spent much of her young life waiting and bouncing between places, and she deserves stability and a forever family. Mocha, Latte, and Expresso are the last three remaining from their litter. There were a few more siblings who have since been adopted, including Whiskers who got adopted off our 2/14 transport. She has a sweet, friendly personality and enjoys being around people. Mocha does well with dogs and is good with kids. She has not yet been tested with cats, but would likely do fine with proper introductions. Mocha weighs about 45 pounds, is spayed, and heartworm negative. Because she has not been living inside a home, she may need guidance with house training and leash manners, but she is young and ready to learn. With consistency and love, she is sure to blossom into a devoted companion. Charlie – Large, labradoodle, 2 year old male Charlie (70 pounds) is a handsome and affectionate dude who is always excited to meet new people! This guy has it all! He is potty trained, knows commands, walks amazing on a leash, and instead of barking at new people, he simply walks up to them with tail wagging in hopes of a good back and butt rub. Charlie loves having other pups (and kiddos) to play with and will need a home with a fenced in yard so he can stretch those long legs and run! Charlie is current on his vaccines and will be neutered this week. He is currently being fostered in Woodstock, IL and has an adoption fee of $600. If after seeing his pictures you find yourself continuously thinking of him, please fill out an application at tinypawssmalldogrescue.com or you can contact Sara at 224-600-2547 for more information.

Explore our adoptable animals and find your perfect match today! For the latest updates on the mutts, follow us on Facebook: @muttlifewi Visit our website: Muttlife.org __________ Parker made it to Wisconsin and is now safe in a foster home in Cedarburg, WI thanks to Mutt Life Dog Rescue — and he is doing really well! Parker is a 6–7-month-old hound/shepherd mix who was heartbreakingly dumped at a state park by his previous owner and ended up in an Arkansas shelter through no fault of his own. Thankfully, that chapter is behind him, and he’s now getting the fresh start he deserves. Since arriving in foster care, Parker has been thriving. He is doing well with potty training and crate training and continues to make great progress each day. He’s dog-friendly, kid-friendly, and has the playful, goofy personality you’d expect from a young pup. He loves to play, explore, and be part of the action. Parker can be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly once he feels safe. With continued exposure and positive experiences, his confidence will only continue to grow. He’s a sweet, affectionate boy who just needed a chance to feel secure. He would do wonderfully in a home ready to continue guiding him through puppyhood with patience, structure, and lots of love. Parker is well on his way to becoming an amazing lifelong companion. As part of the Packer Litter of five, Starr waited months for her chance to leave the shelter behind. She has now safely arrived in Wisconsin and is settling nicely into her foster home. Meet Starr Starr is a brown Lab mix who is approximately seven months old and weighs around 35–40 pounds. She is sweet, friendly, and loving, with a gentle personality that shines despite her difficult start. Starr is dog friendly and kid friendly. While she has not been cat tested, her young age suggests she would likely do well with cats given proper introductions. Having grown up in a shelter environment, Starr is just beginning to learn what home life is all about. She will need continued help with potty training, crate training, and leash manners. Starr is eager to learn, eager to please, and will thrive in a home that offers patience, consistency, guidance, and love. 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐅𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫: 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗿 is shy but gains confidence from other dogs. She is warming up and beginning to show her puppy side is still there. Potty training is going great, and she loves to give gentle kisses and follows me everywhere. She will thrive in a patient, gentle, and calm environment where she can continue to build trust at her own pace Age: Approximately 7 months Gender: Female Weight: Approximately 35–40 lbs Breed: Lab mix Spayed/Neutered: Not yet Potty Trained: Not yet Crate Trained: Not yet Leash Manners: Needs work Good with Dogs: Yes Good with Cats: Not tested (likely fine) Good with Kids: Yes Now safe in Wisconsin, Starr is ready to find a foster or forever home where she can finally experience life beyond the shelter.
