Dorothy / “Smiley” Breed: LabraDoodle Gender: Female Age: 2 ½ years old Spayed Weight: 42 lbs. Vaccinated and Micro-chipped “Tiny Paws” Rescue from a Kentucky homeless camp We like to call her “Smiley” as it fits her demeanor. A wonderful gentle and friendly dog from the very first day we were introduced to Smiley. She has a healthy appetite. We have fed her (1) cup of dogfood in the morning and one in the early evening. She also has developed a routine for going out to do her business. Walks great on a leash, will walk along side of you and does not pull. Can walk up & down stairs to our 2nd floor without any issues. Loves her dog bed She is not a barking dog, very little barking if any. In the first 6 weeks we have fostered Smiley she has quickly made herself at home, getting along with everyone, including our (2) dogs. She loves attention, and is extremely intelligent. We have exposed her to crowds of people and other dogs at a recent Thanksgiving day turkey-trot 5K run. She remained calm and mellow during all of the excitement. When she went in for grooming she was relaxed, sat still without any resistance. Will sit on command and extend her paw. Loves to cuddle and rest her chin on your thigh when she sits next to you. Louie is a sweet dog with high energy. He loves running around and chewing on raw hides. He's very motivated to learn. We are looking to rehome him because we do not have the ability to give him the attention he needs, so he has not been good with our young kids. He hasn't had much interactions with other dogs since was bitten several years ago, but doesn't seem to enjoy the time he has been with other dogs.

This delicate little sweetheart is slowly learning what it means to feel safe and loved. Apple Blossom came to Reach Rescue after being left behind by a breeding operation, and the world is still a very big and sometimes scary place for her. At just a young age, she’s still learning to trust people. She startles easily and may run or hide when approached, but her foster mom is beginning to see glimpses of the gentle, loving dog she’ll become.  Apple Blossom must have another dog in the home to build her confidence and model positive dog behaviors.  Due to her fear, she also needs and fenced yard to enjoy. She enjoys the company of other dogs, exploring the backyard, and has recently discovered the joys of chew toys and chin scratches. She is a very smart girl and learns routines quickly.  She is sweet and lovable and loves to cuddle.  She is super excited when her foster family members come back home.  She is a playful girl who gets the zoomies and enjoys playing with toys.  For an older girl she has quite a bit of energy. She gets along well with the dogs she has met, including the foster sibling.  She loves walks.  She is pretty much potty trained, only having an accident when left alone and when the weather is bad and she doesn't get a good walk before being left home alone.
