Story
Hey Sedona! It's me, Big Hoss. I'm 6 years old and weight about 67 pounds. I've had a bit of a challenging life and looking for a place to settle in and call home. I'm a pretty mellow guy but I've been told that I'm well trained. I am good on a leash and already know how to sit! That may be the motivation of the treats, but who doesn't like a treat!? Being in Sedona, I've taken a liking to the trails, and can't wait to be your hiking buddy. Ready to hit the trails? Bandit is my favorite. My friends at the Humane Society can be reached at 928-282-4679 10AM- 4PM Monday- Friday to set up an appointment. I can't wait to meet you!

Guinness is timid at first, but playful and friendly once he has had the chance to warm up to somebody We are currently still working on potty training, but he has been showing improvement since arriving at the shelter. Guinness is still young and has not had a lot of training so will need someone who is willing to help him learn. Guinness has been neutered, microchipped and had all of his vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting Guinness, call the shelter to set up an appointment to meet her at 928-636-4223, ext. 7 today!

Story
Hello! My name is Rusty. I am an approximately 2-year-old male Labrador mix. My caretakers at the shelter here think I may have some Pyrenees or Anatolian in me as well. I have the appetite of a horse, but I am pretty huge and went without enough food for a while so that would make sense. I may be big, but I am a total love with people. I just want attention and someone to give me time and attention. The staff here is unsure of how I will do with dogs and small animals so if you have other animals I need to meet them before going home to be part of the family. I am up to date on my DAPP and Bordetella and have an appointment set on 07/25/24 at Chino Valley Animal Hospital for my neuter, microchip and rabies vaccination. If you are interested in coming to meet me, please call the shelter to set up an appointment at 928-636-4223, ext. 7!
