AggieLab mixApprox. 1 yearFemaleIntake: Jan. 2, 202525-D001Sweet Aggie, a loveable Lab mix, is eagerly waiting for her new home after being found as a stray and sadly not being reunited. Despite her sad circumstances, Aggie loves people and loves to play. We first met her yesterday and she greeted us like we’ve been friends forever. She loves treats, she’s an expert at ‘sit’ and followed us around “Look at me I’m sitting again can I have another treat?”. With her adorable low-rider stature and her happy personality, she’s ready to be part of a family and embark on her new adventures.Aggie will need to meet all family members, including resident dogs to make sure everyone gets along before going home. Leo is one of the most loving dogs you'll ever meet. We've had him since he was a baby. He does amazingly well with children, adults, and other dogs. He has been fully house-trained for the past three years. He is able to be left out while at work without any damage, chewing, or accidents within the home. He loves walking, outdoor adventures, playing, and cuddling. He's the perfect addition to any family or home.

Story
Kota is the best dog I’ve ever owned (including all I grew up with that’s’ out of 7). He is so sweet and is the quintessential Golden. He was pure bred in Japan, born in November 2015, and rehomed to me at one year old. He understands commands well and lives to fetch. He has an aggressive bark but is the most gentle dog you will ever meet. He will match your energy and just wants to be with “the pack”. That means he will follow you absolutely everywhere. His downsides are his shedding, that he has a wheat allergy that manifests in hot spots on his hind quarters or legs/paws, and his seizures. They started when he was about 5 years old and home alone a lot. Since we have added two other dogs and my wife began staying at home last May, and we switched him to a higher quality food (Orijen Senior Dog), he has not had one. When they did happen he would be unable to stand up, then once we rolled him onto his side he would begin shaking for a couple of minutes, then return to normal.

Story
Old Yeller, is that a new trend? Old stuff made NEW?? Cause I am NOT old, although I am Yeller, a really pretty YELLER COLOR!!! :) I am a Yeller Chesapeake bay retriever/ YELLER lab mix, it is important for my new family to know about the Chesapeake bay breed. We can be very stubborn, smart and independent and I really like to be in charge, so my new family needs to be strong leaders too. I am a handsome bloke, with swirls of yellow and white all through my coat. I am very smart and very sweet. I can from a high kill shelter with no hope- Now I EXUDE hope!! And LOVE!!! I WAS heartworm positive but have already finished the treatment and am NEGATIVE and just stay on prevention for the rest of my life. I am good with other dogs, but really would be best in an only dog home, cause I want all the attention :) I LOVE MY people and I tend to take "control" of my home so have to have a couple of things... 1) STRONG leadership owner, 2) I have to have an owner who will be wiling to not let me meet everyone who visits.. I want to protect my home a little too much... and 3) I have to stay in the San Antonio/TX area so my rescue friends can keep close tabs on me and how i am doing :) I have been running and playing since I am safe, but really am a couch potato. I am a bigger boy and about 65-70#. Look me up, get my number, text or call me OR just APPLY to ADOPT ME!!! I will be waiting by the phone!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)

Meet Truffles! Truffles is an adorable & exuberant puppy with huge stick up bat signal ears. When not receiving transmissions, her giant receivers crisscross atop her head. She loves long walks on her leash, zooming, playing with balls & stuffies, tug-of-war and of course, cuddling. She has a genetic condition that requires a bit of extra time & special steps at meals. She has a custom chair that allows her to eat in an upright position. Truffles eagerly gets into her chair as she is quite food motivated. She is intelligent, active, affectionate, and eager to please. She is ideal for an active family or individual.
