Loca would do best in a calm environment with someone who understands her need to go at her own pace. Once she feels safe, she becomes a loyal and loving companion. We are a small non-profit rescue team, and an adoption fee will apply, which helps cover medical for all of our rescues. We adopted Stella from a rescue in Mexico when she was 6 months old. By that time she had already survived parvo and distemper! She is a sweet dog but does have anxiety and would do best in a house with a yard and no children. We are finding her a new home because she has started exhibiting concerning behavior towards our toddler. She loves to relax at home and run around our backyard, due to her anxiety she does not like to go on walks. Due to her illnesses as a puppy she does have arthritis that only affects her if she runs too much. She also has history of ACL repair to both back legs and a surgery to her right front leg to correct a damaged radial growth plate (all 3 surgeries were in the first year we had her and she has not had any since then).
