Story
Romeo was found as a stray, he was timid and didn't trust anyone at first. He was taken to the vet and since then was transferred to a foster home. Now he is a friendly and sweet boy; he is active but not hyperactive, loves to socialize and play with other dogs. He is currently 38 pounds and is approximately 5 yrs old.. Romeo is loving, he likes male and female humans, including kids. He sleeps in a crate with the door open. He is obedient, and alerts his family when he hears strange noises outside the house. He rides very well in the car and is used to being in a crate while commuting. He is on a potty schedule, and waits for his foster to open the door to the outdoor yard to go potty. He knows how to walk on leash. He is not food aggressive but eats very fast. Loves toys. He deserves a loving family that will have time for playtime and walks. Romeo deserves an awesome family.

Story
Meet Pal (aka Paloma)! This girl is 10 months old and 37 lbs. Estimated date of birth is mid February of 2025. Pal was found outside the home of a good compassionate human, it seems like someone drop her off at the family door step. She was only 8 weeks old. Since then she has lived with that family unfortunately the family can't keep her as one of the owners is disabled and having another bigger active dog in the household is a responsibility they can't fulfill. Pal is active, knows how to walk on leash, gets along with her canine companion, and also is friendly with the stray cats that sometimes visit. She is playful and loves toys. She is fed separately as she does not like to share her food. She is friendly to humans but at the beginning she can be a little shy, she opens up once she feels comfortable. She is very loving. She currently lives indoors but has access to the patio where she loves to spend time with her canine friend, they also have an area for them on the outside where they enjoy sunny days. A family with another active dog would be ideal, if kids in the family we recommend 12 yrs or older. If interested, please submit your application at www.drwb.org

Story
Jonathan aka Bear Jonathan is a 4–5 month old bundle of love weighing about 40 lbs and he’s growing into one very handsome boy! He has the sweetest, most beautiful nature and absolutely adores people. Whether he’s playing, exploring, or snuggled up on the couch, he just wants to be near his humans. This smart pup is already off to a great start with his training. He knows “sit” and “lie down,” is almost fully potty trained, and we’re working on crate training. He’s eager to learn and loves positive reinforcement. He is not only playful and energetic (and currently teething like any happy puppy!), but he’s also incredibly loyal. Once he bonds with his person, he truly attaches — happily following you from room to room like your little shadow. You’ll be his whole world, and in return he’ll give you unconditional, endless love. Because he has lots of puppy energy, he would thrive in an active home and would especially love a playful dog companion to romp around with. If you’re looking for a sweet, cuddly, smart, and devoted best friend, he may just be your perfect match. 💙🩵🐶

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Simba.   This sweet boy was surviving on the streets with an eye so infected and swollen it was completely shut. No dog should have to live like that.   But Simba is safe now. He’s getting the medical care he desperately needs, and even after everything he’s been through… he’s still happy. Still trusting.
