Romeo was found as a stray, he was timid and didn't trust anyone at first. He was taken to the vet and since then his rehabilitation started.. Now he is a friendly and sweet boy; he is active but not hyperactive, loves to socialize and play with other dogs. He is currently 38 pounds and is approximately 3 yrs old.. Romeo is more confident on himself now and trust humans faster; he likes male and female humans, including kids. He sleeps in a crate with the door open. He is obedient, and alerts his family when he hears strange noises outside the house. He rides very well in the car and is used to being in a crate while commuting. If put on a potty schedule, he waits for his foster to open the door to the outdoor yard to go potty. He will mark territory initially when in a new home, but he get into this potty routine without an issue. He is learning how to walk on leash. He is not food aggressive but eats very fast. Loves toys. He deserves a loving family that will have time for playtime and walks. Romeo deserves an awesome family.

Hi, my name is Curry and I am a friendly, playful, and smart puppy with a curious, athletic, funny, and loyal nature. At 5 months old I am already 23 pounds, my vet thinks I will be around 40 when fully grown. I am affectionate and love giving kisses to my loved ones. I love playing with other dogs and I’m always up for making new four-legged friends. I enjoy playing with toys, going on walks, and exploring new places. I love food!!! I can eat super fast, so a slow eating plate is needed for me! Also, because I love food my foster says that I can be trained fairly easy if you offer me some yummy treats :) My foster mom says I can be in a crate for a couple of hours if needed, but please don't leave me in it for many hrs as I need my exercise and stimulation! I am a young pup right now and I am just looking for the perfect forever home where I can grow up and be loved. If you are looking for a sweet, playful, and loyal companion, look no further. Story

Triton is Lexus’ brother and a true survivor. A Good Samaritan found them in San Felipe and notified us. They had both been hit by a car and, unfortunately, Triton suffered the most injuries. When we got to them, Lexus was right by his side helping him keep the strength to keep going. We immediately brought them both to the vet. Lexus was released soon after with some scapes and a bump on her head which has since mended nicely. Triton’s back left leg was crushed to the extent of bones sticking out and bent. Unfortunately, it could not be saved and Dr. Johnson @santaluzanimalcare had amputate it. Triton is now a Tri-legged dog! This unfortunate situation has not made an impact in Triton’s spirit though! He’s got the best personality ever! He is joyful, mild mannered, loves belly, scratches and has already been walking around on his three legs! As we said, he is a TRUE SURVIVOR! We would love to find a FOSTER or FUREVER home for him where he can ease into his new life. Since he is convalescing, he will need extra love and patience as he learns to conquer the world on 3 legs. Felipa and Maria were found roaming the streets in Mexicali in 120 degree weather. They were both starving, exhausted and dehydrated. Our foster angel Maricela came to their rescue and saved them. Meet sweet Oliver!! He arrived yesterday and is such a sweet guy! He’s around 9 years old. Poor Oliver was found in a remote part of Mexicali barely clinging to his life. He was severely dehydrated, covered in over 600 ticks, could not walk and had to be carried to the car. He has spent the last year at his Foster’s home in Mexico recovering from the terrors of his previous life and is now healed and ready to embark on a new journey!!
