Story
Molly is a very sweet and loving dog. She loves kids and is good with other dogs. She hasn’t been around cats, so we’re not sure how she would do with them. She does well in a kennel and is potty trained. She does have the occasional accident when she gets too excited though.

Story
Meet Moon! (Moonshine) Moon is a gorgeous 3-year-old chocolate Lab with a huge smile and endless energy. Dock-diving trained, she’s a total water rocket—throw a ball in the lake and watch her soar! She knows sit, down, stay, has rock-solid recall, and was once heel-trained (she’ll pick it right back up). At home she’s pure velcro: lives for belly rubs, peanut butter, and being your shadow a loyal, cuddly love-bug whose whole body wags when you walk in. Moon’s dream home: Active people with time for daily adventures and tons of cuddles. A big, securely fenced yard or property where she can zoom safely. Friendly, playful, high-energy dog buddies are welcomed! Sorry kitties—she’s way too excited and curious around cats. Calm or low-energy dogs might find her a bit much (she brings the party!) Life changes mean i can’t give Moon the time and space she deserves, but we want her to shine. If you’re ready for a joyful, athletic best friend who will make every day brighter, Moon is your girl.

Story
Hi! I’m Pluto! I’m about 7 months old and I’m the best snuggler you will ever meet. Cuddling is basically my specialty. My favorite place is right next to you, preferably pressed up against you like a warm weighted blanket that loves you back. I just really, really love being close to my people! I live with two doggy friends right now and they are my best buddies. We play together, nap together, and sometimes I follow them around because I just like being part of the squad. I also have a kitten friend here, and I’m very gentle and respectful with cats! I even have another puppy friend who comes over to play sometimes; so yes, I’m a friendly, social guy. I love to run around outside, play fetch, and be silly - but when playtime is done, I transform into the world’s softest cuddle potato. I will curl into your lap, onto your chest, or anywhere you let me be close. One thing to know about me: I really don’t like being left alone in a kennel. It makes me sad and stressed. But if you leave me loose in the house, I'll just wait for you to come back. I’m a good boy, I promise. I just want to feel safe and close to my people. I would love a home where I get lots of love and attention. Another dog friend would be super cool, but mostly, I just want someone who wants me nearby. I’m loyal, gentle, cuddly, playful, and full of love. If you’re looking for a best friend who will adore you with his whole heart, I’m your guy. Will you be my forever? Love, Pluto 🐶 If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out our application here: http://www.rchsks.org/our-animals/adopt-a-pet/adopting-a-dog. By filling out the application you are not committing yourself to adopting; it's a screening process that must be completed before you meet the dog. Please do this BEFORE calling. Our voicemail is only checked periodically and you can reach us much faster via dog-coordinators@rchsks.org. Thank you!
