Story
I'm Georgia, I weigh 65 pounds. My owner didn't come back in to reclaim me because he said I was ruining his yard. I am 1 year and 4 months old. I am a lab mix that is potty trained. I get along with other dogs here at the shelter. I am loving, energetic and playful. I have not been cat tested yet, but can be with an approved application.

Story
This amiable one-year-old female dog is known for her exceptionally sweet disposition, hence her nickname "Sweet Sweet." She thrives on human companionship and possesses a moderate energy level, avoiding excessive hyperactivity. Her friendly nature extends to both cats and dogs, and she interacts well with children. As a mixed-breed with Labrador retriever heritage, she has reached her full size at approximately 60 pounds.   All our dogs undergo spaying or neutering procedures, receive up-to-date vaccinations, test negative for heartworm (for those aged 7 months and above), and are microchipped for identification purposes. We regret to inform you that we do not offer shipping or transportation services for our animals. The adoption donation fee for each dog is set at $200, with an additional $5 fee applicable for credit or debit card payments.   Should you express interest in adopting one of our dogs, we kindly request that you complete our online application form, which can be accessed through the following link: www.heartlandsmallanimalrescue.org/canine-application.htmll ##2114623##

Meet Selene! She tends to be a little shy at first, but when she knows you, she is both affectionate and loving. Selene is very sweet and would do better with older children. She is working on some basic training that will need to continue in her new home. She will require a fenced yard and to be an only pet.DOB 8/30/20 38 poundsI'm waiting for a home to call my own. email webmaster@petrefuge.com to learn more about me or fill out an application at https://www.petrefuge.com/adoptPet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. Story
Turtle is a great guy! He has a beautiful brindle coat, and loves the attention from all of our volunteers. Turtle is starting to come out of his shell and enjoys playing fetch, chasing the ball, going for walks, and watching pickleball. However he does not like geese, fireworks, or bicycles passing by. Turtle loves to cuddle, he is crate trained, housebroken, and knows many commands.Turtle would benefit from an experienced dog owner who is active and willing to provide adequate energy and understand his protective nature in his home. Give us a call if you would like to meet this wonderful companion. Story
This girl's history is a mystery to us as well as her pedigree. She came to us rather skinny and now that she started to feel better is becoming quite playful. Reagan has a gentle soul, and needs a loving home that will provide the love and comfort she so deserves. We have found she has a dislike for cats and other small creatures. She will require a secure fenced yard and older children.
