Bailey is a 7-year-old Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever mix with a big body and an even bigger heart. Found as a puppy roaming the woods, she’s grown into a loyal, loving companion who’s ready to find her forever family. Weighing in at about 80 pounds, Bailey is convinced she’s actually a tiny lap dog and we’re not going to argue with her. She absolutely loves snuggling up in bed or on the couch for movie time. She’ll happily keep you company any chance she gets. She thrives on being close to her people and prefers to be part of the family at all times (she will definitely let you know if she’s feeling left out!). Bailey does have a slight indent in her hips, so her activity is kept low-impact—no marathon runs or big jumps—but she gets around just fine and has never had any mobility issues. She’s happy with a relaxed lifestyle filled with love, short strolls, and lots of lounging. She’s wonderful with cats and does well with most dogs, though slow introductions are best. Bailey prefers to enjoy her meals and toys without sharing with other furry friends, so a little space during those times keeps everyone happy. One of Bailey’s favorite “jobs” is being your personal property guardian. Each morning, she eagerly checks the perimeter to make sure everything is just as it should be. She is a devoted protector! Bailey absolutely adores children and would make an incredible best friend for a kid looking for a loyal companion to grow up with. She’s looking for a family who will embrace her affectionate, slightly goofy personality and give her the love and inclusion she deserves. We are located in an overpopulated area surrounded by high-kill shelters. Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, heartworm test (6 months and older) microchipped and  flea/tick/heartworm prevention.  ***Breed input is required for each platform but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Sadie is always saying `Hey Mister! Throw me something!!`This precious girl is LIVING for her TENNIS BALLS and we are here for it! This sweet girl came to us as a stray in March and as sure as we were someone was missing her dearly she is still here with us. She was a bit shy at first but once we broke out the tennis balls we instantly fell in love. She is one of our favorite dogs to take to the play yard because she entertains US as much as herself! Lucky for her she has a super fan that gives her plenty of outside time with her tennis balls every day for which she is very grateful.Sadie is sweet, affectionate, housebroken, and such a joy. She will sit, speak, and then run after the ball and bring right back to your feet. She also enjoys cooling her feet off in the pool after a few runs. We also may have noticed her eyes sit a bit close together but we`re not saying anything to her because it only adds to her charm.Sadie is three years old, heartworm negative, already fixed and ready for you! Squirt is a 11 month old Labrador/Schnauzer mix who recently came into our care in November 2025 as a stray from Pass Christine with her sister Maggie. They were found together by Harrison County Animal Control. They did have microchips, but they were not registered to an owner. Now they remain in our care looking for a new home. They are a bonded pair, and are looking to be adopted together. She does know several commands and walks well on a leash, leading us to believe they definitely came from a home. She loves other dogs and loves to greet new people with a wet nose and a nudge for attention. She is heartworm negative, and will be spayed upon adoption. Come visit us today to meet her!
