Story
🐾🖤 Meet Max! 🖤🐾 If you’re looking for a happy, playful pup with a heart full of love, Max might be your guy! Max is a young black Lab mix with an estimated date of birth of 12/12/24, and he’s already winning hearts everywhere he goes. He weighs around 50 pounds. Max is very good around everyone and all animals and is such a joy to have around. He’s extremely well behaved in the house and has had no accidents at all, which is pretty impressive for a young pup! Max is very playful and full of that fun, bouncy Lab energy. He absolutely loves to play fetch and would thrive in a home that enjoys interactive playtime and helping a young dog burn off his zoomies. After playtime, he’s more than happy to soak up attention and just be part of the family. 🐶💕 He does well around other dogs and enjoys having canine friends to play with. Max is also good with kids, but because of his youthful energy and enthusiasm, he would do best with older kids who won’t be easily knocked over during his excited moments. He is not aggressive at all—just a happy, energetic boy still learning his manners. Max isn’t a fan of being in a crate and will bark if crated, so a home willing to continue working with him on confidence and training (or that doesn’t require crating) would be ideal. As for cats, Max has met them and was initially a bit scared after one hissed at him, but he remained respectful and well behaved. Max is up to date on vaccinations and neutered, so he’s all ready to head to his forever home. All he’s missing is a family who will love his playful spirit, continue his training, and give him the active, fun-filled life he deserves. Could Max be the perfect addition to your home? 🖤🐾

Story
Rowdy is a little over 1 year old, 83.6 pound, Lab (Bluetick Coonhound?) mix. Rowdy joins us through no fault of his own - his family got him being told he would be a medium sized dog (a Blue Heeler mix) and he has grown well beyond that, but in a small 2 bedroom apartment he became too large and they could not continue meeting his needs. Rowdy has shown he needs a little time to adjust, but now that he is settled in his foster home he has shown he is smart, energetic, aims to please, and definitely needs a yard! He has met the foster home's cat and other dogs showing he is one friendly boy who plays a little rough - but does no harm. He is crate trained, has not had any accidents in the house, and is doing amazing learning how to walk better on a leash with out pulling, and not jumping up. * Rowdy is microchipped, neutered, current on shots, and on monthly prevention * His adoption fee is $300.00 * Visit the below link to apply for this handsome boy Apply Here: www.whatsupdogg.org/adoptionapplication Note: > Applicants must live within an hour radius of Fremont, OH > A member of our rescue will be in contact once your application is received
