He recently completed basic obedience training and thrives on enrichment activities that engage his mind. Well-socialized and comfortable around other dogs, he would adapt easily to a variety of home environments. He travels well in the car and has enjoyed outings to parks, making him a great fit for an on-the-go lifestyle. Story
We got Ransom from a humane society 3 years ago and it has been amazing. His birthday is Valentine's Day. He is so sweet and energetic but he does have an undiagnosed respiratory issue that we have never had the money to diagnose or treat. He loves to run and play but he has a hard time breathing so he will cough repeatedly causing him to throw up sometimes. He is 4 years old, a lab/border Collie mix, and he is up to date on vaccines until 4/17/26. I would love it if he could find a new home with a big backyard, so he can run freely, as well as someone with enough money to get him diagnosed and treated for his breathing problem if possible. He does well with dogs, cats and kids, but loves being the center of attention all the time. I need to re-home him bc I don't have enough space for him to run like he needs to and I'm going to be moving into an even smaller space. Please help me find a good home for him.

Story
www.pet-tender.com/adoptionform.htm   Champion is a silly, animated pup. He is pretty shy to start but has alot to give once he knows you. He is good with other dogs, would probably not do well with children and needs a quiet home with someone able to spend a lot of time with him to gain his trust. He will be shy at first so if you are not willing to give him at least a month to start acclimating, he is not the dog for you. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. He weighs about 40 pounds. We have chosen Kuranda dog beds for our boarding facilities because they are so good for our dogs. We still don't have enough for all of our kennels. If you would like to donate a bed so another dog can sleep in proper comfort, please click here. March 18, 2024, 12:23 am
