If you are looking for a companion dog Phoebe is your girl. Her fur is soft and she will soak up any attention you can give her, even if it is just being snuggled next to you on the couch. She loves long walks, she gets so excited when she realizes it's time to put on her harness and go! She loves car rides, but does get sick on winding roads. She loves pup cups and basically any treat that she is offered. She LOVES to be with her humans. She is smart and will need mental and physical stimulation. She does have some anxiety but is doing very well with medication and training. She will go into her crate when you leave but prefers to run free. She would do really well with a stay at home or work from home household. She is working with a trainer to discover better coping skills for when she is alone.. She does well with younger and older dogs and we can talk about older cats (have not tested kittens). She is completely housetrained.
