This young guy is looking for his forever home. He is quite the eye catcher.  I have a video of him but I do not think it attached on this site correctly. Fred is 8 months old, up to date on vaccinations, rabies, dewormed and microchipped. He weighs 20 pounds and will probably not get any bigger than 35 pounds as an adult. He walks well on a leash and is potty trained and learning quickly other commands. He is just a typical playful puppy who likes everyone and he plays well with this foster siblings big and small. He loves attention and hanging out with you.  The video is the most recent as he has grown from the pictures posted. His medical records will come with him at the time of adoption. And we have the last of the brothers. This is Mocha and he looks identical to  his mother. We have no idea who dad is or what breed he is mixed with.  But you have to admit, he is a great looking dog. Mocha is a friendly guy who would love to be in your company and become a loyal companion. He is 1 year old, approximately 60 pounds and very tolerate of different environments and situations.  He gets along with everyone in his foster home. Mocha walks well on a leash, enjoys going for car rides and he would love to have a home of his own.  He use to have a home with a human but when the lease was up, his human moved and left Mocha and his 2 brothers behind.  Brothers Buck VA and Louie VA are also available for adoption. Joy is a 4 month old, 13 pound beautiful lab mix who started out with a rough life but you cannot tell by her playful attitude.  She loves to play with her toys and her foster siblings, big and small.  Poor baby was found at a convenience store dumped and abandoned alone and looking for food, so young. She is growing fast and will likely be a large funny girl. She has been nothing but a very good girl for her foster mom.  She just plays and eats and sleeps.  She would be a great companion playmate for another dog. Neil is a very sweet and playful 9 month old Lab mix.  He weighs 46 pounds now but expected to gain at least 10 pounds to reach his adult weight. He is a mild mannered guy who gets along with all of the foster dogs at the home big and small.  This poor little boy was found roaming the streets alone and gladly jumped in the fosters arms when she saw him. He would make a wonderful companion pet or just a buddy for anyone.  He is quiet but playful and gets along with everyone.  Neil can be a little scary cat and is  for sure a momma's boy. He loves hanging out with his human's just getting some love. Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.Wow you would really love this little guy if you have energy to play!  He is 4 months old, 14 pounds and expected to be no more than 35-40 pounds as an adult.  He would be a great playmate companion for another dog as he has energy to play all day. It is very hard to get a good picture of him because he is constantly moving so you cannot see the beautiful patches on his paws and chest. He gets along with all of his foster siblings big and small, we do not have a shelter.  Patches is the alpha dog but he is not aggressive in any way, he is just the boss.  He steals everyone's bully sticks and tries to hide them in his crate. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.How can you resist this face?  Chance came to the rescue as a puppy with parvo.  He has never had a real home.  Chance is a fun boy with a lot of energy. He can be very timid around new people but given a chance he will gain more confidence.  He enjoys playing with toys and other dogs in our play yard. He would benefit from having a home with a yard where he can play and explore. He wouldn't be apartment appropriate. Chance will do best in a home that has the time and patience to allow him to gain the confidence he needs to be the best dog companion ever. If you think you are his perfect people, please complete a companion dog application found on our website www.adoggie4you.org. He's looking forward to meeting you soon!  He was born around 10/2014, weighs 65 pounds, his adoption fee is $250. This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cin cinnati, Lexington KY, or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225 . We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.
