Meet Hank! He was found stray with a VERY tight collar on that didn’t even have enough give to be removed, it was cut off. He had been jumping in peoples car trying to get someone to save him and his old dog buddy and when I was sent the video of that, my heart broke for him! He’s doing very well at the rescue and is able to be out in the main yard as he’s great with all people and other dogs. It’s clear that he used to be someone’s dog as he has good manners and may even be house trained.
