Toby does best as the only dog in the home, though he’s fine with cats. He’s had a rough past and can be wary of certain things, but with patience and reassurance he opens up beautifully. He should stay on leash outside and thrives with consistency and experienced owners. We’ve added a small adoption fee only to ensure Toby goes to a serious, responsible home.
