Meet Dougie, an adorable 2-year-old lab/poodle mix who is full of personality! This little guy is not only funny and goofy but also incredibly playful, making him the perfect companion for anyone who loves adventure. Dougie thrives on fun, whether it’s chasing a ball in the yard or exploring new trails on a hike. His affectionate nature shines through in his love for cuddling. After an exciting day of play, you can often find him snuggled up next to his favorite humans, soaking up all the love and attention. Dougie is fantastic with kids and has a demeanor that makes him a great playmate. Additionally, he gets along well with other dogs, and he would flourish in a home with another canine companion. While Dougie is sociable and friendly, he would thrive in a feline-free home, as his instincts may lead him to chase them. His intelligence is evident as he is already crate trained and housebroken, showing that he can quickly learn and adapt to his environment. Dougie is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find his forever home. If you’re looking for a loyal friend who will bring joy, laughter, and a sense of adventure into your life, Dougie might just be the perfect match for you! All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England/ Virginia area and delivered in Pennsylvania, Virginia and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. Mishka deserves a beautiful life ahead of her.  She is an elegant and kind Lab mix girl that gave birth to puppies sometime in early December and found herself in a barn trying to save her puppies from harm.  Just after the ice age storm in Nashville, TN she was discovered in the barn with no food and no water.  The puppies and Momma Mishka were in rough shape.  Soon the tables turned and Mishka and all 4 puppies were taken in by Critter Cavalry and given the necessary food, vaccines, medical care and Momma is getting spay on 2/20.  What we have found in Mishka is a gentle sweetness that makes you want to protect her and promise her a steady love for all the years ahead.  She has been a dog that at 80 pounds, is just fluid in her movements and her ability to flow in a living environment that  her foster mom says is remarkable since her past is so sketchy.  We think she has been the survivor dog that has not let life beat her down.  Mishka is 18 months old and 80 pounds.  She has lived inside at one time.  We just don't know where and for how long.  She has 4 gorgeous puppies that will be good canine citizens in the future as they grow to be like their special mom.  Mishka is housebroken, good in a crate for a time and she is looking to be someone's bright star called Venus.  The star of love and devotion.  Please let Critter Cavalry Rescue know if you are interested by emailing them at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comFebruary 11, 2026, 11:18 am
