Meet Godiva! True to her name, this sweet girl is an absolute treat and the ultimate family companion.
Why You’ll Love Her:
- The Perfect Roommate: Fully crate-trained (she loves a big, fuzzy blanket!), 90% potty trained, and handles stairs like a pro. She’ll happily follow you from room to room just to be near you.
- Kid & Vet Approved: Incredibly patient and tolerant. She is completely unfazed by being handled by toddlers or vets, ignores loud household noises, and showers babies with gentle kisses (even when they have food!).
- Playful & Curious: A fearless, friendly player who gets along great with medium and small dogs. She loves all toys—ropes, plushies, and sticks—and is super curious about the great outdoors.
- Smart & Cuddly: Highly food-motivated and already learning that a polite "sit" earns her treats. Once playtime is over, she is a world-class cuddler.
Godiva is the perfect mix of playful, patient, and sweet. She is ready to bring her big heart to a forever home! Godiva is looking forward to her big move from Texas to the midwest! She knows her forever family is up here waiting for her. Godiva is scheduled to arrive in Minnesota by June 17th. Apply to foster to adopt today!

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs over 9 months), FIV/FeLV test (cats - one in the litter), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).
Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
